The Fire House Event Center has a long and illustrious history in Peoria, serving as a vital part of the community. This 1920s structure was once a movie theater before becoming a fire station almost 30 years later. It retains much of its original early-20th century appeal in its new life as a wedding venue. Your guests will like the rustic sensations, which are accentuated by exposed bricks and the aged wood of the high-raised ceiling. Hanging jam-jar lights and a sleek new bar, for example, will bring a touch of modern appeal to your gathering. It's an open-plan environment that you may organize to your taste to make sure all of your loved ones are comfortable. Out of the Blue Celebrations is a private waterfront event venue situated within The Loggerhead Marina in Jupiter, Florida. Overlooking luxury yachts and the calm waters of the Intracoastal Waterway, the venue provides an intimate backdrop for weddings, corporate events, and special celebrations. The venue accommodates between 40 and 130 guests across its indoor and outdoor spaces, which include a waterfront ceremony area outfitted with white padded garden chairs and a gold arbor, a cocktail patio beneath bistro lights with panoramic Intracoastal views, and a fully renovated indoor reception room featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood floors, dimmable lighting, and a 20-foot bar. The space was renovated in 2024. Out of the Blue Celebrations books one event per day, ensuring each celebration receives the team's full attention. The in-house culinary team, servers, and bartenders handle food and beverage service, while on-site event planning support is available throughout the planning process.

We are a red-brick house built in the 1940s with nearly a half-acre of lush gardens and fountains. With numerous colors of seasonal flowers, green plants, huge grass areas, and tall, mature trees, we provide a photographer's paradise. We can accommodate up to 275 guests in an outside garden event. Your guests will witness you exchange vows in an elevated, white gazebo at sunset, then sit beneath the stars and enjoy an elegant dinner before dancing the night away on our lighted, covered dance floor. Your cake will be served beneath an illuminated, covered patio with an 8-foot adorned arch, which will make for fantastic photo opportunities. A Peoria family built the property and house in the early 1940s and lived there for many years. From the hardwood floors to the concrete walls, much of the house is still original. A Peoria city council member bought the property in the early 1990s and turned it into Peoria's first Bed and Breakfast. They also held weddings in the gorgeous garden on the side. The property changed hands again in 2006, and it was then transformed into the An Old Wedding and Event Center that you see today. The property has been refurbished to the point where there is no longer a single bed in the house, and the grounds have been expanded to accommodate considerably larger weddings and celebrations. We're always adding new and fascinating plants and experiences, and we're looking forward to fulfilling couples' fantasies for many years to come!

The Vistas Ballroom at Westbrook Village is a self-contained event venue located within an established golf course community in Peoria, Arizona, conveniently situated in the Northwest Valley off Loop 101 and Union Hills Drive. The ballroom operates as a do-it-yourself rental space, allowing clients to bring their own caterers, décor, entertainment, and vendors — an arrangement the venue describes as one of the few of its kind in the area. The facility features a wooden dance floor, a commercial kitchen, and a stage, along with a spacious outdoor patio with views of the pool. Multiple rental configurations are available at the Vistas Recreation Center, from the full 250-guest auditorium and 130-guest ballroom down to smaller breakout sections and a covered patio accommodating up to 60 guests. All rentals include room setup with tables, chairs, water pitchers, ice buckets, and a microphone per the client's layout specifications. Lake Pleasant Cruises operates The Phoenix, a two-deck charter vessel docked at Pleasant Harbor Marina on Lake Pleasant in Peoria, Arizona. The boat's lower deck is enclosed with air conditioning and heat, while the upper deck offers open-air seating beneath a canopy, together accommodating up to 120 guests for private events. The Phoenix is available for private charters seven days a week between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. — closing during July and August — and is suited to weddings, corporate events, holiday parties, family reunions, birthday and anniversary celebrations, celebrations of life, graduations, and team-building gatherings. The vessel is equipped with a full-service bar, two restrooms, a state-of-the-art sound system, and is handicap accessible. Each charter includes the captain, bartender, and deck hand, along with setup and boarding time — providing a self-contained event experience on the water.

The Venue at Coronado is an urban paradise located in the heart of Phoenix's historic Coronado district. Built in the late 1920's, it has been carefully renovated featuring an outdoor patio space, an indoor hall with exposed wood beams, stunning wedding suites, and more!

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places as The Hardware Store, the brick building that houses BARCOA and XICO was built in 1928. It’s inscribed as The Knights of Pythias Building on the front facade. Almost everything you see inside the space comes from Mexico - the bars, the tiles, doors, glassware, furniture, and even most of the pots outside. The space was beautifully designed by our friend, Paulina Hassel-Martínez of Studio Victoria, and local architect Rick Swanson.

Off The Record is the valley’s 1st sing along bar/venue where the crowd becomes the entertainment. We have a dj booth and two full bars with 3 private rooms and maximum capacity of 275 guests. Disco balls, led lighting and 2 jumbo large screens, along with big screen TVs throughout playing music videos with lyrics for our guests to sing out loud to all bangers all night. Perfect for large events, parties and full buyouts.
