The Mansion at the center of the grounds dates back more than 200 years, and the surrounding manicured fairways, ponds, and landscaped gardens provide a backdrop well-suited to weddings, receptions, and private celebrations of all kinds. The club's primary event space, The Ballroom, accommodates up to 168 seated guests and features wooden beams, chandeliers, a hardwood dance floor, a recessed bar, and a stone fireplace — opening through glass doors onto the historic property. The Ballroom can be divided into two distinct spaces: The Fireside Room, which seats up to 120 guests and offers a private bar and fireplace, and The Vista Room, a more intimate setting for up to 32 guests with access to an adjoining patio. The Mansion itself houses three dining rooms with old-world character suited to smaller gatherings and cocktail events. The Garden Patio serves as a paved outdoor ceremony and cocktail space framed by manicured landscaping and scenic sunset views. Membership is not required to host a private function at Hayfields. The estate accommodates ceremonies and receptions of up to 300 guests across its sweeping grounds, which include rolling pastures, a wisteria-covered pergola, a glistening swimming pool, natural swimming holes, quarries, and working barns where Arabian horses graze. For couples and their closest guests, the 8,000-square-foot Manor House and a converted historic chapel guest cottage offer on-site accommodations for up to 21 people over a full wedding weekend — allowing for a welcome reception, rehearsal dinner, and farewell brunch all on the same property. Foxfire hosts just four large events per year, and all bookings require a professional event planner.
