Just north of Pershing Point lies Rhodes Hall, one of Atlanta's few historic mansions on Peachtree Street. Built in 1904, prior to the creation of Ansley Park, Rhodes Hall was created for one of Atlanta's wealthiest individuals by one of the city's most recognized young architects, Willis F. Denny II. It is a statewide landmark for both the quality and style of its architecture, which was built of Stone Mountain granite in the Romanesque Revival style. Rhodes Hall is available for a variety of events including wedding ceremonies and receptions, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, and holiday parties. Events at Rhodes Hall may utilize the front porch, the front lawn, and the first floor of the home. A maximum of 100 people can be seated throughout the first floor for a seated dinner, and the largest room can hold 40 people. This Atlanta landmark is one of the most unique venues for social and corporate events.

After more than two decades in business, Bacchanalia has gained a well-deserved reputation as Atlanta's most recognized restaurant. Since its inception in 1993, the restaurant has continuously received high ratings as one of the city's best restaurants. Bacchanalia is a modern American restaurant that serves light and innovative foods created by Chefs/Owners Anne Quatrano and Clifford Harrison, as well as a culinary staff directed by Jonathan Kallini. Organic products, many of which come from Anne and Clifford's farm, Summerland, are used only in Bacchanalia's seasonal menu, which ensures that every meal is a fresh and memorable one. Summerour Studio is an expansive, refurbished warehouse located in Atlanta’s exciting Westside, where the city’s industrial past frames many destinations for design, dining, and style. This wonderfully unique building is the main studio for Summerour & Associates architecture firm. Updated in 2005 by renowned architect Keith Summerour, the building was previously the home to Preston Rose Printing, and had been in various uses since the 1920s. The roof over the 8000 square foot main space is supported by massive bow trusses, which allow the wide, open floor plan to be free of columns or supports. Revealed through a wall of windows that runs the entire length of the space is a breathtaking skyline view of Atlantic Station and Midtown. For events held at Summerour Studio, Novare Events provides full beverage service, including barware, glassware, and staffing. Summerour Studios has an exclusive in-house caterer. Purchased by an Atlanta couple from the family estate after the youngest daughter Cara’s death in 1996, the home was a small bed and breakfast for some years. In 2007, Barb Shadomy purchased Stonehurst after discovering it while in England studying interior and garden design. For 17 months, Barb and her team of architects and contractors, specialists in historic and eco-friendly systems, renovated and restored the home and its gardens. The house meets standards set by the US National Park Service, the GA State Historic Preservation Office, Southface and EarthCraft House. Our historic property features beautiful indoor and outdoor locations for intimate ceremonies and receptions including our music room by the grand piano and fireplace or outside by the pavilion.
