Her dream home, which included a "people" barn, was completed several years ago. In the beginning, it served as a place of amusement and a batting cage. The barn was frequently utilized for gatherings of friends and family, such as birthday celebrations and wedding receptions. ​ Owner Wanda Blalock lives in Jasper with her husband Keith, who is also a co-owner. Sandy and Wanda became friends while working in the real estate industry together. It was after Keith and Wanda organized the marriage of their youngest daughter, which was hosted in Sandy's home, that they began to envision the creation of The Barn At Dunn Manor. Wanda and Sandy came to the conclusion that they should venture into a new venue together. The Barn at Dunn Manor first opened its doors to the public in October of that year. Holly Hill Manor began in the same way that most wonderful things do: unexpectedly. It all started with a plot of land, a friendship, and a sketch of a barn design on the back of a Chick-fil-A napkin, among other things. Holly Hill Manor's owners, Christie Bagwell and Mike Ware, have worked tirelessly to transform the property into the stunning North Georgia wedding location it is now. The location is located on 33 acres of meadows and hardwoods, just a few miles off Highway 515 in Talking Rock, Georgia, and can accommodate up to 500 guests. The 8,000 square foot indoor event venue is completely climate controlled and has a floral bar, a huge heated kitchen, private facilities, and a magnificent bride and groom suite, among other amenities. Our facility can accommodate 300 people for a sit-down dinner and 400 guests for a standing reception. Our goal is to create a foundation canvas in a place that can be transformed from modern-chic to southern elegance to fit any style preference or requirement. For large families and unique celebrations, Holly Hill Manor is a fantastic site. As an alternative to renting out restaurants or hosting a party at your home or workplace, you can have access to an 8,000 square foot area that can be customized to suit your needs and style. In addition, we have a large heating kitchen, which serves as a specialized space for caterers to prepare food for the event. Alternatively, if you intend to hire a florist, we also have a florist bar and a hand sink where flowers can be prepared on the premises.

The Barn at Tatum Acres is a 75-acre farm venue tucked into the North Georgia mountains near Big Canoe, about an hour from downtown Atlanta. The property began as a family farm — Doug Tatum famously closed the deal on a napkin with a one-dollar bill — and was transformed into an event destination under the creative direction of interior designer Lynda Tatum, who designed the barn using timber harvested from the land itself. The centerpiece is a rustic-modern red barn with white trim, built from trees felled on the farm, that blends authenticity with a polished aesthetic. An adjacent covered stables structure, a hilltop cottage with screened porches and mountain views, and outdoor gathering areas including a fire pit, covered porch fireplace, and handmade stone smoker round out the property.
