The Social is a food hall located beneath historic Provo Town Square in downtown Provo, Utah, describing itself as the place for underground food discovery. The space brings together a rotating lineup of local food entrepreneurs — currently Bobale Tea House, Nomad Taco, Frost, and Bun Boiz — alongside a menu of mocktails and cocktails, in a setting the venue calls unique and fun. Beyond dining, The Social regularly hosts events featuring local artists, comedians, and musicians, and it accommodates private parties for birthdays, showers, corporate gatherings, and similar celebrations. Velour Live Music Gallery is an all-ages listening room in Provo, Utah, founded in 2006 by Corey Fox with a mission centered on artist development as much as live performance. Over the venue's history, acts that got their start on Velour's stage have gone on to sign major-label deals, including Grammy winners Imagine Dragons alongside Neon Trees, The Backseat Lovers, The Aces, The Moth & The Flame, and Fictionist. The room's atmosphere has been described by NPR's Stephen Kallao as blending "a little Vegas, a bit of Graceland, a church somehow got lost in a carnival" -- an eclectic, immersive backdrop for shows, open mic nights, and private bookings alike. Velour hosts a weekly open mic every Wednesday at 8 PM and welcomes bands looking to play its stage. The Startup Building is an industrial wedding and event venue in central Provo, Utah, set inside a candy factory built by the Startup Family in 1898. More than 120 years of history remain on display throughout the space, from the original exposed brick walls and copper doors to the wooden support beams and posts that stand in as natural decor. The 3,200-square-foot main hall holds up to 120 seated guests or 300 standing, with an adjoining outdoor courtyard available as an add-on for food trucks, photo booths, live bands, or simply extra room for a larger celebration. Three chandeliers, cafe lights left up year-round, and a rustic copper-toned palette carry the industrial character from the indoor space out into the courtyard. Rentals run a full day and come with an in-house inventory that includes tables, chairs, a wooden arch, wireless microphones, a projector and sound system, a cake table, and a get-ready room, along with a dedicated catering prep space and a powder room. The venue hosts weddings, baby showers, and professional work events, and its sister property, The Bright Building, sits a few blocks away with a mid-century industrial style of its own.

Provo City Library at Academy Square occupies the historic Brigham Young Academy building, a landmark built in 1892 from locally manufactured brick trimmed with sandstone and wood. Originally designed by Don Carlos Young based on plans by Karl G. Maeser, the building could once accommodate 1,000 students; its bell tower, added in 1919 with a bell cast at Baltimore's McShane Bell Foundry, still marks the structure today. The library moved into the renovated building in 2001, following a $16 million library bond and a $5.8 million fundraising effort by the Brigham Young Academy Foundation. At the heart of the building, the Ballroom — formerly the Academy's study hall and assembly space — hosts banquets and dinners for up to 320 guests, or theater-style gatherings for up to 500, beneath its restored columns and chandeliers. The library's Events Scheduling Office also books the Nelson Attic and five additional meeting rooms for weddings, parties, conferences, and business gatherings, each supplied with tables, chairs, and audiovisual equipment at no extra charge.

The Kimball Terrace is a top-floor, downtown Park City event venue located on the corner of Heber and Main, with views that look out over Historic Main Street and the surrounding mountain slopes.  Designed with an urban chic, mountain-town feel, the Main Hall offers 4,500 square feet of indoor space with floor-to-ceiling windows, warm wood, brick, and brass finishes, and flexible fit panels that allow for a wide range of layouts, from long-table rehearsal dinners to corporate programs and full receptions. A wrap-around balcony overlooks Main Street and Heber Avenue, giving guests space to step out, mingle, and take in the energy of Old Town.  For indoor-outdoor hosting, the Terrace adds 1,800 square feet of outdoor space bordered by garden landscaping, with panoramic western, northern, and southern views including the mountain slopes of Park City Canyons Resort. With multiple access points from the lobby and hall, the flow between dinner inside and conversation outside feels natural and effortless.  Kimball Terrace is supported by an experienced event team that can provide event coordination and services, and can help clients navigate Utah liquor laws.
