An exterior patio offers al fresco dining in season. The entirety of Somerset Chicago fits 230 guests. The Clubhouse on the second level fits 90 seated guests, and is fully equipped with its own bar, lounging spots and balcony areas. In September 2014 the 2 year restoration of Biggs Mansion was completed. With over $4 million dollars spent and absolutely no cost spared, real estate developer and current owner Fred Latsko converted the previously known IL Mulino restaurant into Chicago's finest cigcar show and private cigar lounge. Biggs Mansion also features an outdoor patio.
