The Robinswood House Estate is comprised of the Main House and the surrounding grounds, the Cabana, the original 1884 log cabin, and a small barn. The Main House was built in 1895 and has been successfully renovated to retain its original charm. In addition to its own beautifully maintained formal English gardens and outdoor patios, Robinswood House offers sweeping views of Robinswood Park, a 60-acre oasis in the heart of the Eastside. Complimentary public parking is available in the adjacent Robinswood Park lot.

Covington Cellars began as a hobby in a garage in Covington, Washington, before its founders, Cindy and David, turned their passion for winemaking into a business in 2002. The winery later relocated production to Woodinville, becoming the 19th winery to open in what has grown into a major wine destination. Its Woodinville tasting room sits in the Artisan Hill District, alongside a related tasting room in nearby Maltby, where the wine is produced. The Woodinville location offers two settings for private gatherings: a cozy space suited to smaller groups of 10 to 25 guests, and a larger space that can hold up to 120, with room for live music. A commercial kitchen on site allows for easy food service, and an optional kids' play space is available, making the venue workable for birthdays, engagements, anniversaries, corporate retreats, and wine club celebrations alike. On-premise chefs are on hand to help design a menu for private events. Covington Cellars also hosts a recurring lineup of Friday evening live music nights in Woodinville, pairing wine and food with local bands.

The Clubhouse has ample parking and is wheelchair-accessible with ramps to the building entrance and an elevator. In accordance with City of Bellevue noise ordinances, the Club and Bellevue Police enforce a 10:00 PM ending time for all music on weeknights and 11:00 PM on weekends.

The Center for Urban Horticulture is a 16-acre landscaped campus of the University of Washington Botanic Gardens, established in 1984 alongside the adjoining 74-acre Union Bay Natural Area, an ecological restoration laboratory where more than 200 bird species have been documented. Its buildings sit within display gardens and greenhouses used for horticultural research and education. At the center of the campus, Merrill Hall was the first certified "green building" on the UW Seattle campus and houses the Center's administrative offices, the Elisabeth C. Miller Library, and the Otis Douglas Hyde Herbarium. The Center rents both indoor and outdoor spaces for weddings, mitzvahs, memorials, conferences, and retreats, accommodating groups of 20 to 200 guests indoors and up to 350 outdoors. Wisteria Hall sits within the 230-acre Washington Park Arboretum, a botanic garden setting that gave the venue its name — the wisteria vines that climb the arbors surrounding the building. The hall is built with fir beams and large windows looking out over its adjoining south and west terraces, which extend the space outdoors for larger gatherings. Wisteria Hall accommodates weddings, mitzvahs, conferences, and social and business events, seating up to 80 guests banquet-style or hosting up to 90 for a reception indoors; the South and West Terraces add outdoor capacity for receptions of up to 100 guests each. The venue includes a commercial catering kitchen, WiFi, complimentary parking, and onsite event staff.

Hand-hewn beams from an early-1800s cabin still form the core of the Stone Cottage at Storybook Farm, a structure that predates the property's founding by more than a century. Moses Atwater and Amy Wilson were among the original settlers of the land in the early 1800s; Warren and Mary Barrett later established Storybook Farm in 1955, running a preschool and summer camp there from the early 1960s through the 1980s before Bryan and Lisa Lowrance took over the property in January 2020. Set minutes from Chapel Hill and Carrboro, North Carolina, the farm today pairs overnight cabin lodging with a dedicated outdoor event space: a covered picnic shelter and 32-by-20-foot stage inside a 27-by-72-foot pavilion, equipped with a stainless-steel prep station, brick furnace, and firepit. The space has hosted concerts, weddings, festivals, corporate conferences, and workshops, including ProgDay, described by the farm as the world's longest-running progressive rock festival. Four rental cabins on the property - Stone Cottage, Barrett Lodge, Warren's Landing, and Rick's Roost - offer additional lodging, with Warren's Landing occupying the site of the farm's former school cafeteria and classrooms.
