Harris' Restaurant has long been known for serving the best midwestern beef on the West Coast. Our award-winning cuisine, prepared by Executive Chef Michael Buhagiar, features a wide variety of aged beef, including our distinctive dry-aged Porterhouse and Harris' bone-in New York steaks. Our in-house butcher prepares and grills our steaks to perfection. Nisei is Chef David Yoshimura's first restaurant after holding the position of Chef de Cuisine at the Michelin-starred Californios restaurant in San Francisco. The restaurant is located in the Russian Hill district of San Francisco. The restaurant Nisei is a celebration of the Japanese-American ancestry of its owner, Chef David Yoshimura. The tasting menu is inspired by the cuisine of California, which is known as Washoku. Washoku, which literally translates to "harmony of food," is the Japanese equivalent of "home cooking." The art of Washoku centers on a set of guiding principles that emphasize harmony in color, sense of smell and taste, and respect for the ingredients used in food preparation. To complement the experience, Nisei offers a selection of drinks from all over the world that have been painstakingly chosen by the General Manager and Sommelier, Ian Cobb. These drinks may be enjoyed with your meal. In 2019, Nisei launched as a pop-up restaurant, offering a 10-course tasting menu at various locations across the Bay Area for more than two years. The Flood Mansion, located in San Francisco's Pacific Heights area and home to the Schools of the Sacred Heart, turns from a school to a private event venue with over 6,000 square feet of space available for rental throughout the day. The Flood Mansion is a symphony of classical styles, including elements from the Italian Renaissance, Rococo, Tudor, and Georgian periods. Since Mrs. Flood bequeathed her home to the Religious of the Sacred Heart in 1939, this exquisite building, built in 1915, has been well conserved. Despite the fact that the facility is now a private school, it is nevertheless open for special events after school hours and on weekends. Our stunning Grand Hall and other rooms can accommodate up to 165 people for seated parties and up to 299 people for reception-style events. We can mix and match the ideal combination of rooms for your event's needs, or use just one for a smaller, more intimate gathering, thanks to the flexibility provided by the multiple spaces.

The San Ramon Community Center at Central Park sits at the heart of San Ramon, California, set alongside a scenic pond and fountain in Central Park. The building's signature half-dome architecture, with exposed wood beams and soaring ceilings, makes the venue a recognizable landmark in the East Bay. Six distinct event spaces accommodate gatherings of all sizes — from intimate board meetings to weddings of 350. The Fountain Room, the center's largest indoor venue, features a built-in stage, direct access to the Rose Garden, and an attached commercial kitchen. The Terrace Room offers a more intimate setting with an adjoining patio, while the open-air Amphitheater and Rose Garden provide outdoor options for ceremonies and cocktail hours. The facility includes dance floors in multiple sizes, portable audio/visual systems, a portable bar, tables and chairs, public WiFi, and ample on-site parking. The Martin Meyer Sanctuary is located adjacent to the Main Sanctuary. Weddings Congregation Emanu-El is committed to making each wedding an authentic reflection of your Jewish religion and dedication to one another. We aim to achieve this goal with every wedding. In the sacred places of our Main and Martin Meyer Sanctuaries, we welcome people of all Jewish faiths and denominations to worship. All of the couples meet with the rabbi or cantor of their choosing to discuss the ritual and significance of the construction of a Jewish home in general. No matter what your religious affiliation, our rabbis and cantor are available to officiate at weddings for Jewish and interfaith couples of either gender. Interfaith couples must agree to meet the Temple's requirements for interfaith marriage before the ceremony can take place.

Starline Private Events is located in the Starline Social Club, a dynamic and historic location that offers three unique event spaces for private events. With pleasant, professional service and cutting-edge audio/visual technology, we can arrange in-house food, beverage, and entertainment packages. The Starline Social Club is a bar, restaurant, and performance venue in Uptown Oakland, housed in a historic three-story Victorian edifice. Our one-of-a-kind and historically significant structure is a true Oakland gem. We offer a flexible location with three separate rooms for private rentals, as well as in-house food and bar service, audiovisual services, and production and styling options. We provide a wide variety of different and creative events, available to all ages, ranging from traditional to edgy, easygoing to formal, 30 people to 450 people. Some parties are held in the second-floor ballroom, while smaller groups prefer the Explorers Club's dim romantic speakeasy atmosphere. Before dinner, some people have a cocktail hour in the downstairs bar. Little Hills Events is a private outdoor event venue located at 18013 Bollinger Canyon Rd in San Ramon, California, surrounded by redwoods, bay laurels, and oak trees. The property operates seasonally from April through October and hosts weddings, corporate gatherings, bar and bat mitzvahs, birthdays, anniversaries, celebrations of life, and more. Two tented event spaces anchor the property, with reception setups featuring softly draped fabric, warm lighting, a living fern wall, and an illuminated dance floor beneath old-growth trees. An outdoor ceremony area and additional gathering spaces complete the grounds. The venue provides in-house catering with wait staff, round tables and Willow chairs, white ceremony chairs, cocktail tables, a bar setup, onsite restrooms, and on-site parking. Ghirardelli Square, considered the first successful adaptive reuse project in the country, has a history that spans more than a century and covers three continents. This specialty retail and dining complex, housing shops and restaurants, was originally a chocolate factory established by Domenico “Domingo” Ghirardelli.Born in 1817 in Rapallo, Italy, Ghirardelli served as a Genoa confectioner’s apprentice and at a young age developed a strong interest in the business. He left for Uruguay when he was 20 years old, then sailed around Cape Horn to Peru where he became a coffee and chocolate merchant.James Lick—Ghirardelli’s neighbor in Lima—left for San Francisco in January 1848 taking 600 pounds of Ghirardelli’s chocolate with him. He arrived just thirteen days before the first shiploads of gold-rush pioneers. Lured by his friend’s tales of the gold rush, Ghirardelli joined Lick a year later and opened a general store supplying mustard, coffee, spices and, of course, chocolate. Between 1852 and 1895, Ghirardelli’s Chocolate Factory was located at four different sites before the Ghirardelli Chocolate Company took over the Pioneer Woolen Mills on North Point Street—today’s site of the Ghirardelli Chocolate Manufactory & Soda Fountain and Ghirardelli Ghirardelli delights visitors with its lively retail mix, while maintaining Ghirardelli’s tradition as a trendsetter for the rest of the world. In 1982 the owners applied for and were granted National Historic Register status, a move that ensured the preservation of Ghirardelli Square for future generations. A small crab shack, once owned by the Geraldi family, was transformed into the Wharf's first full-service seafood restaurant. Fisherman's Grotto, named after the local fishermen, quickly became a Wharf fixture, serving the freshest seafood collected by the family themselves. Site rentals are available at Pie Ranch for a range of occasions. Our farm welcomes retreats, conferences, birthday parties, and other special events in addition to weddings! The Roadside Barn at Pie Ranch is a nice indoor facility with outdoor tables and a music system for evening use. Our "Lower Slice" rental is a lovely outside place with a meadow and a rustic outdoor kitchen to use. We have a fully equipped classroom available for retreats and conferences. All weddings and events are held at our primary facility, which is located at 2080 Cabrillo Highway in Pescadero, California. On the gorgeous Highway 1, approximately 30 minutes north of Santa Cruz and an hour south of San Francisco, we are near to Ao Nuevo State Park. Canyon View Event Center is a private, full-service event venue situated on a hilltop in San Ramon, California, offering panoramic views of the city skyline and the Mount Diablo hills. The venue has been hosting celebrations since 2000, including weddings, corporate meetings, and private events. The facility features both an indoor ballroom and an outdoor terrace. The indoor space accommodates up to 450 guests in a reception setup or up to 910 in a theatre configuration, while the outdoor terrace hosts up to 300 guests surrounded by natural landscaping and a tiered fountain that transforms into a city lights backdrop at night. Our facility can accommodate a wide range of private events such as weddings, business events, birthday and bridal showers, bar/bat mitzvahs, conferences, and more. To avoid having to wash dishes at night for her large family or having to eat hamburger helper (her brother's favorite dish to cook), Linda traded dish duties with her siblings for cooking duties, and developed an intense passion for planning menus, creating recipes, and putting on dinners and events for her family of 15 children. Linda is the mother of 15 children. In her adolescence, she could frequently be found in bookshops reading cookbooks, and she had a cherished memory of reading "The French Laundry Cookbook" for the first time from cover to cover when it was originally published. She made the decision to attend a cooking school shortly after, having no idea that it would turn out to be a career choice. Having been born and reared in Argentina to an American father and a French mother, she comes from a diverse background of cultures and experiences, which contributes to the diverse range of flavors she enjoys putting into her dishes. She moved to the Bay Area when she was 17 years old in order to attend culinary school in San Francisco. After stays in New York and Kansas City, she returned to the Bay Area and began performing at some of the city's most prestigious restaurants, including Masa's, Campton Place, The French Laundry, and Michael Mina's, among others.
