Red Poppy Art House is a 650-square-foot multidisciplinary arts venue occupying a storefront corner at 23rd and Folsom in San Francisco's Mission District. Founded in 2003, the space carries a charm likened to an old-world café crossed with a painter's studio and living room — a character built into the bones of what was once a painter's living quarters. The venue hosts over 150 diverse performances, exhibitions, workshops, and artist residencies each year, drawing musicians, poets, dancers, and visual artists from across the Bay Area and internationally. For private events, the space accommodates up to 39 seated or 49 standing guests, making it well suited for intimate wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, cocktail parties, and company gatherings. Le Petit Trianon Theatre occupies a 1923 landmark building at 72 N. 5th Street in downtown San Jose, California, one block from City Hall. Designed by architect William Binder and modeled after the Petit Trianon chateau at Versailles, the venue is recognized for its exceptional acoustics and historic architectural character. The building houses multiple event spaces suited to performing arts, corporate gatherings, and private celebrations. The main auditorium seats 318 guests, while a smaller recital hall accommodates 80. A recently redesigned Banquet Hall hosts receptions of up to 100 guests, complemented by an art gallery, lobby, and café. Twenty executive business suites within the building support meeting and conference needs. Yoshie Akiba, the creator and namesake of Yoshie's, opened a tiny sushi bar in North Berkeley in 1972 with her two best friends Kaz Kajimura, a journalist and carpenter, and Hiroyuki Hori, a painter and Japanese cook. Yoshi's acquired a reputation as the Bay Area's top site for superb Japanese cuisine and jazz music over the following 40 years, becoming one of the world's most regarded jazz venues. Our facilities provide a lovely and useful environment for a weekend wedding or anniversary party, as well as an off-site lunch and conference for your company. Our Los Gatos clubhouse is located at 123 Los Gatos Boulevard. A modest parking lot is accessible, and the building is surrounded by ample of street parking. The building is surrounded by beautiful grounds that are maintained by our volunteers. Tables and chairs are included in the rental price. Weddings and anniversary parties, corporate off-site meetings, and company conferences can all be held at the History Club of Los Gatos. Our quiet and beautifully maintained grounds, located in lovely downtown Los Gatos, provide a sanctuary of calm in our indoor and outdoor settings. Our interior's clean lines provide you with a blank canvas on which to create your own unique event. Our garden area is also ideal for weddings, parties, and family gatherings. Inside, we can easily handle gatherings for up to 150 people, with additional outside flexibility.
