The Covina Center for the Performing Arts is a historic theater located in the heart of Downtown Covina, California. Originally opened in 1920, the venue has long served as an entertainment and cultural destination for the San Gabriel Valley. In December 2022, the City of Covina acquired the theater to preserve it as a performing arts space and anchor for the city's downtown district. Today, the center operates as a creative performing arts hub offering comedy shows, theater productions, musicals, and private event rentals. A partnership with The Laugh Factory brings regular comedy club performances, including appearances by well-known comedians, to the venue's historic stage. The facility is available for private rental and accommodates a variety of occasions — from weddings and film productions to meetings and community gatherings. Two rental spaces are available: the main theater with its original stage and chandelier-lit auditorium, and a banquet room suited for smaller gatherings. The venue also features a lounge and bar area for patrons.

Pío Pico State Historic Park preserves the restored adobe home of Pío de Jesus Pico, the last Mexican governor of California, on a five-acre property in Whittier that was once part of his 9,000-acre Rancho Paso de Bartolo. The site is registered as California Historic Landmark No. 127 and offers a rare window into mid-19th-century California history. The grounds feature the fifteen-room adobe residence with interpretive displays, a traditional horno (bread oven), a dovecote, and historic gardens — making it a distinctive outdoor setting for weddings, ceremonies, and private events. The property is ADA accessible and includes restrooms, parking, and picnic areas. Special events are coordinated through the Los Angeles District Special Events team, and the park's events team handles availability, pricing, and permitting for private rentals.

Heritage Park is a six-acre historic venue in Santa Fe Springs, California, set on the restored grounds of the Hawkins Ranch, which prospered in the 1880s. The city of Santa Fe Springs reconstructed the park's Victorian-era landscape using historic photographs, resulting in a setting that includes beautifully landscaped gardens with lattice arches and cherub statuary, water fountains, a carriage barn built in the Gothic style, and a plant-filled conservatory that serves as a popular backdrop for wedding ceremonies. The park accommodates a variety of events — from wedding ceremonies and receptions to photo sessions, corporate picnics, and private parties. The Plant Conservatory, originally built around 1870, provides an intimate ceremony setting, while the historic Carriage Barn and surrounding park grounds suit larger gatherings. A restored AT&SF steam locomotive and railroad caboose add a distinctive character to the site. The caboose itself is available as a rentable event space for smaller celebrations. Chef Daniel Lyons completed his one-year European apprenticeship at the Hotel Europa in Lucerne, Switzerland, following graduation from the Culinary Institute of America. Chef Daniel returned to the United States after completing his culinary training in Europe, where he completed his three-year American apprenticeship at the Omni International Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia. Previously, he held positions as Garde Manager and Banquet/Pastry Chef in four and five-star hotels, including the Hyatt Regency in Atlanta and the Newport Beach Marriott. He was the Banquet Chef at the Ritz Carlton, Laguna Niguel, when it first opened its doors. While working as a Chef at the Four Seasons Hotel in Atlanta, Chef Lyons prepared seven-course sit-down and buffet dinners for President Carter and President Ronald Reagan, respectively.
