To reserve the space for up to 100 guests, you have exclusive access to our back patio between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM on any day of the week. An event coordinator will work with you through the entire process and be on-site the day of to ensure everything runs smoothly. For food and beverage options, we offer a variety of choices. You may select from our in-house passed hors d'oeuvres or opt for one of our preferred catering partners for a full-course meal. Prices can vary depending on your selection. In terms of beverages, we offer wine and beer. Please note that beverage purchases are in addition to the rental fee. If you choose to bring your own beverages, a corkage fee will apply. Thank you for taking the time to look over our property. Since 2015, we've been hosting weddings, and it's been a true honor. We offer weddings for up to 180 people on weekends from mid-May to October, and smaller celebrations throughout the year. We offer two locations for ceremonies: a 150-year-old eucalyptus and cypress grove with a stunning view of the sea, and our front garden (with the bay towering enormous in the background). Receptions are held in our 160-year-old hay barn, which has recently been rebuilt, and we can also host your rehearsal dinner and next-day brunch on the front lawn. The ranch is a perfect intimate, comfortable, and gorgeous spot for family and friends to hang out, play lawn games, and use as a home base to explore West Marin, including kayaking, hiking, local oysters, and artisan cheeses. Located at Hamilton Field – which was decommissioned by the 1st Wing of the US Air Force in 1975 – UIM’s neighbors include the magnificently preserved and restored Hamilton Wetlands, Hamilton Field History Museum, Novato Arts Center, Marin Museum of Contemporary Art, and the Beso Bistro.
