On 33 acres in beautiful Buckhead, we offer the widest variety of event options at one location. Let beauty and serenity set the scene at the glorious historic Swan House Gardens. An outdoor gathering at this iconic 1928 mansion rises to unforgettable heights on a private lawn with majestic cascading fountains and the elegant intimate Boxwood Garden. After your ceremony, stroll across the bridge for cocktails outside on the Museum Terraces. If you prefer an inside option, the Atlanta History Museum has award-winning exhibitions, and we allow beverages in the exhibits for a very fun cocktail hour! Enjoy simple elegance with your dinner reception in the Grand Overlook ballroom. This unique ballroom featuring Brazilian cherry wood floors, barrel vaulted ceiling, and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the magnificently illuminated Quarry Garden. The combination of these venues is as versatile as they are breathtaking. As a facility rental, we provide tables and folding chairs inside, as well as complementary parking. All outdoor furniture will need to be rented. Catering would be provided through one of our amazing catering companies we partner with and can average $120 to $200 per guest. Beverage service and bartenders are additional and are provided by the History Center. It is about $65 per person for a 4-hour premium full bar. We have a full property minimum on Saturdays of a peak month: April, May, June, September, and October. The facility rental fee for the Swan Gardens, Atlanta History Museum, and Grand Overlook ballroom on a Saturday is $12,500 and we have an additional $5,500 beverage minimum. Fridays and Sundays are $10,000 with a $2,500 beverage minimum. Most of our weddings can expect to spend between $500 to $1,000 per guest after all vendors and costs are added up and divided out per guest. Located in the heart of Roswell, the venue is located 2 miles from Hwy 400 and offers easy access to parking and after party options. Built in the 1800s to serve the Smith Cotton Plantation, the building eventually served as Roswell’s Library. The new owners renovated the building in 2011 exposing brick walls and beams, adding a higher ceiling, a polished concrete rustic floor and a spacious loft overlooking the elegant room. Whether you opt for casual comfort, exquisite elegance or that corporate formal look, flexibility to design and bring in your own vendors and décor is key to make it your special event.

The Paces Room features high ceilings, wine racks, and exposed brick walls, all of which combine to provide an enticing ambiance for a gourmet event that is one-of-a-kind and unforgettable. It can accommodate 16 to 35 guests for lunch and supper at hand-crafted round tables, and the area can be reconfigured to accommodate both professional private dining and smaller parties. Visitors can take use of the grounds for a standing reception prior to their function if the weather is warm enough. The Paces Space is equipped with an 80" flat screen monitor that is incorporated into the room and is HDMI compliant, which may be used for presentations. Canoe’s Wine Room is the ideal spot for smaller, more intimate celebrations and gatherings. The private room seats 10 to 18 guests at an impressive rectangular handcrafted wooden table that was built into the space. The interior of the room blends wood, brick, and ironwork with vintage-select, handcrafted wines, creating a warm, rich, inviting ambiance for our guests. In warmer weather, guests can enjoy and peruse the gardens for a standing reception prior to their event. The Wine Room is also equipped for presentations, with a specially fitted screen on-site available for rent. Canoe’s covered patio offers guests unparalleled views of the Chattahoochee River and surrounding manicured gardens. The patio can accommodate private dining groups of 15 to 20 guests at either one or two long wooden tables. Canoe’s River Garden offers a picturesque backdrop that will elevate any occasion. The River Garden can accommodate 40 to 140 guests for special occasions, corporate events, or rehearsal dinners. For weddings we can accommodate 50 to 140 guests. The tent is positioned on brick pavers and it’s interior features a tent liner, chandeliers on dimmer switches and pole curtains. Canoe provides fans for cross-ventilation during the warmer months and clear sidewalls and heaters on thermostats for the colder months. Live entertainment is permitted, DJ or band, and there is a noise restriction for entertainment at 10:00 p.m.

American Spirit works includes our neighbors, a fully functioning Whiskey distillery, a covered breezeway overlooking the distillery, a 3000-square foot courtyard with retractable sunroof and our 10,500 square foot event space. The Interior space, with its 18-foot ceiling and polished concrete floors, boasts a refined yet rustic interior with warm urban charm.

Each of the event spaces may be left open-concept or sectioned off with sheer curtains to create a more intimate atmosphere. Services Provided Engagement parties, wedding showers, rehearsal dinners, ceremonies, receptions, and elopements are all available at The Carlyle. A get-ready suite can be included in their packages for soon-to-be newlyweds and their loved ones to prepare for the big day. The venue can provide chairs and tables for your event, as well as oversee the setup and cleanup of equipment. Friendly and attentive bartenders are happy to serve house, specialty, and premium beverages to visitors at an open, cash, or limited bar. For valet, audio and visual, and security services, the Carlyle may provide a list of recommended partners. Cuisine They can build up themed stations for special events using their in-house caterer. A variety of cheeses, crostini, and carmelized onion dip are among the appetizers available at their Grazing Station. Classic beef, BBQ pulled pork, and crab cake sliders are available at the Slider Station, along with homemade potato chips on the side. Carne asada, queso, fried chicken, grilled shrimp, mango pineapple salsa, and harissa roasted cauliflower are all featured on the Street Tacos menu.
