Private Dining Room "Indigo" can accommodate up to 30 people for a seated dinner and 40 people for a cocktail reception. South Patio: seating for up to 60 people for dinner and up to 80 people for a cocktail reception The entire patio can accommodate up to 120 people for a seated dinner and 160 people for a cocktail reception. The entire restaurant can accommodate up to 160 people for a seated dinner and 250 people for a cocktail reception. We have multi-course menus ranging from $85 to $125 per person, plus beverages. For larger events, a restaurant buyout requires a food and beverage minimum of $17,500 - $25,000 (plus service charge and sales tax), with the amount varying depending on the season, the size of the party, and the day of the week. A Friday rehearsal dinner or a Saturday wedding (in the late spring or early fall) are both very popular choices for couples. Our guests are not charged any room fees, location fees, or rental fees for any of the services that a restaurant would normally provide. Valet parking is available for a fee of $10 per car. Completed in 1928 for the son of oil tycoon Edward L. Doheny and now a Beverly Hills and Los Angeles landmark, Greystone Mansion & Gardens is a national historic landmark. When the City of Beverly Hills purchased the property in 1965, it was officially designated as a public park on the entire 18.3-acre plot of land the following year. This landmark building was originally listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976, and it was later designated as Beverly Hills Local Historic Landmark No. 4.
