The San Francisco Mint, which was built to serve a rapidly growing city and a thriving regional economy, is a historic community gathering place that is now available for private events. This classical revivalist venue, which is just a coin toss away from the Moscone Center in downtown San Francisco, has been renovated to accommodate modern productions while maintaining its historical grandeur. Mezzanine SF is an adaptable venue that measures over 12,000 square feet with mezzanine levels that can be divided into smaller, more intimate spaces. The versatile space accommodates events ranging from small gatherings to large scale productions including product launches, corporate receptions, sit-down dinners, photography / video shoots, fashion shows, art shows, film screenings, and dances parties. Capacities for events at Mezzanine SF range from 75 to 1,000. Mezzanine SF offers a full-service professional event staff and all the services necessary for the creation and execution of your event, including but not limited to catering, audio, lighting, entertainment booking, management, and custom décor. Formerly the home of the Fillmore West and Carousel Ballroom, SVN West amps up any event through three floors of raw venue space that are steeped in musical history. The main hall, reverently named Carousel, showcased dozens of concerts during its brief operation from 1968 to 1971, including musical legends like the Grateful Dead, Fleetwood Mac, Elton John, B.B. King, Miles Davis, Aretha Franklin, and more. The Mill Valley Community Center is located in Southern Marin County, just 6.6 miles north of the Golden Gate Bridge, and 7.2 miles south of San Rafael. The Community Center opened its doors in April 2001. Our award winning facility offers a perfect environment for any occasion, with a main event space that can accommodate banquet-style seating for up to 285 guests and theater seating for 400. Smaller rooms, throughout the Center are ideal for classes, meetings, workshops and seminars. The center is designed as two buildings, the first of which is comprised of a large, reception hall, teen and senior centers, meeting spaces, and activity rooms. The second building is dedicated to swimming and fitness and includes an indoor swimming pool with retractable roof, a 120-foot spiral water slide, Jacuzzi spa, and outdoor patio. Fort Point Historic Campus on the Bay occupies a cluster of historic Coast Guard buildings on the northeastern shore of the Presidio, at the mouth of San Francisco Bay. The campus — formerly the Fort Point Life Saving Station — dates to 1890 and includes the Officer in Charge Quarters, the Lifeboat Station (1915), and the Pier & Tide Gauge Station (1935). Today it is managed by the Greater Farallones Association under a long-term agreement with the National Park Service within the Golden Gate National Recreation Area. The campus offers unobstructed views of the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz, the Marin Headlands, and the San Francisco skyline, providing a distinctive backdrop for events of many kinds.
