Situated along the Cedar River and just steps from Cedar River Park, the Renton Community Center sits minutes from downtown Renton with easy access to I-405, surrounded by the natural scenery of the Pacific Northwest. At the center of the facility is a banquet room overlooking the river, with vaulted ceilings and a contemporary design that accommodates up to 184 guests for banquet-style dining or theater-style seating. The venue also includes two full-sized gymnasiums, three meeting and classroom rooms, a dance/yoga studio, and a patio, offering space for everything from wedding receptions and birthday parties to business meetings, conferences, and seminars. Rental fees include tables, chairs, microphones, a projector screen, and a podium, with an LCD projector available on request in the banquet hall. Meridian Valley Country Club opened its doors for the first time on July 1, 1967. Despite the fact that there was just a temporary clubhouse and only nine of the 18 holes were available for play on that Saturday morning, those who teed it up did so again and again. Despite the fact that the fairway grass was well on its way to reaching full maturity, the theme of the day was "Take No Divots" since all shots were needed to be taken from tees. The opening day regulation had no effect on the level of competitiveness on the first day. The second nine holes, as well as the permanent clubhouse, were dedicated in May 1968 with a similar amount of hoopla. Several substantial modifications have been made to the golf course throughout the years, including irrigation, drainage, and a large number of flowering trees and plants. The course is currently open all year round and plays "dry." Meridian Valley Country Club has been a gathering place for members and guests to commemorate life's most important occasions since 1967. Emerald Downs is a Thoroughbred racetrack in Auburn, Washington, set between Seattle, Tacoma, and Bellevue in the Pacific Northwest. Beyond live racing, the property doubles as an event destination, with eleven distinct spaces that together host groups of up to 2,000 guests throughout the racing season and on non-race days. The Mount Baker Rowing and Sailing Center, located on the beaches of Lake Washington in Seattle's lovely Mount Baker neighborhood, is a stunning location for rowing and sailing. The site is located within the picturesque Stan Sayres Park, which provides a wonderful natural environment for any occasion. The new contemporary upper-floor event area is drenched in natural light and complemented with reclaimed wooden finishes, making it ideal for weddings, business parties, non-profit and social events. While two balconies provide 180-degree panoramic views of Lake Washington and the Cascades, a gas fireplace and a classic wooden racing shell provide a warm, inviting environment. In addition to tables and chairs, the comfortable room is equipped with a multi-media system that is ideal for slideshows, presentations, and speeches, among other things. A well-equipped and big kitchen provides the ability for self-serve or catered events to be held there. Set in the heart of West Seattle's Alaska Junction, the Alki Masonic Center is an 8,000-square-foot building whose 4,000-square-foot banquet hall welcomes weddings, business functions, charitable gatherings, and private parties. The hall pairs a polished hardwood floor for dining or dancing with a newly renovated stage, a state-of-the-art projector and professional sound system, Wi-Fi, and a 180-inch video screen the venue bills as West Seattle's largest. Rentals include 8-foot rectangular and 60-inch round tables and chairs, and a commercial kitchen with range, oven, refrigerator, and freezer is available to licensed caterers. Upstairs, a 4,000-square-foot carpeted lodge room with a vaulted ceiling and baby grand piano seats up to 300 for public ceremonies, religious services, or private gatherings. The building is handicap accessible, and ample free parking sits adjacent to the hall.

Everyone who lives, works, or attends school in Mount Baker is automatically enrolled as a member of the Club. There are no membership dues to pay! The Mount Baker Community Club, founded in 1909, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization devoted to providing a meeting area for neighbors to get together, get to know one another, and foster a sense of community. Throughout the year, the Community Club offers a variety of activities and festivities. The Clubhouse can be rented for a variety of purposes, including private events, parties, off-site meetings, and other gatherings. You have the option of renting the full facility or simply the ballroom or conference room. The space is equipped with audio-visual equipment, a range of tables and seats, and a fully functional kitchen. If there is any equipment that we do not have on site, we have excellent working ties with numerous local suppliers that can meet all of your needs at competitive prices. Do you require a caterer? Dakota Place Park Building is a historic brick venue set within Dakota Place Park in West Seattle, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and activities along California Avenue. The building pairs original brick and wood floors with updated conveniences like projectors, a flat-screen TV, and surround sound, mixing vintage character with modern function. The venue's main room connects to a smaller side room and opens onto a large outdoor patio and small lawn, giving hosts room to spread a celebration between indoor and outdoor space. It accommodates up to 110 seated guests or 160 standing, making it suited to wedding receptions, community gatherings, and private parties. The space is available for rental from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., with facility tours offered on Friday mornings.

The event space is available for rent to the public and to Members, and includes a full kitchen with a buffet serving counter, commercial refrigerator and freezer and sink, stove, oven, dishwasher and commercial coffee maker. Round and rectangle tables are available for use as well as folding chairs; however dishes, glassware and linens are not provided. The Clubhouse has ample parking and is wheelchair-accessible with ramps to the building entrance and an elevator. In accordance with City of Bellevue noise ordinances, the Club and Bellevue Police enforce a 10:00 PM ending time for all music on weeknights and 11:00 PM on weekends.
