Memory Lane Ranch & Lodge sits on ten acres of Texas Hill Country in Dripping Springs, shaded by oak trees more than a century old. The award-winning venue, established fifteen years ago, centers its ceremonies on a tall wooden pergola with a working water fountain backdrop, where white pew seating accommodates up to 250 guests. Nearby, the rustic cedar-and-stone reception hall seats up to 300 people and comes with tables and chairs, a small DJ stage, and flexible floor plans for weddings both intimate and large — it also doubles as the property's rain-plan backup. Couples can extend the celebration with on-site lodging for up to 17 overnight guests. The main lodge sleeps 13 across four downstairs and two upstairs rooms, with a full-service kitchen and a gathering area for up to 50 guests that suits a rehearsal dinner. A private honeymoon suite and a groom's suite, each sleeping two, round out the accommodations, and overnight guests have access to a secluded pool and hot tub throughout their stay. Inspired by a trip to Tuscany, The Vineyard at Florence began as a working vineyard on the gently sloped hills of Florence, Texas, and grew into a boutique hotel and resort with a winery, restaurant, day spa, and private event spaces. Its main building, Villa Firenze, was originally built in New York State around 1850 using timber-frame construction, then carefully transported to the property and restored; the surrounding buildings were designed in the same old Italian style, with tile roofs and warm exterior tones. The resort produces its own wines on-site, earning gold, silver, and bronze medals at the Rodeo Uncorked San Antonio International Wine Competition from 2021 through 2024. The ranch has a lot of history as a working horse and cattle ranch. Couples may get the best of both worlds with inside and outdoor event locations. They can appreciate the farm's beautiful surroundings during the wedding. An lovely setting is created by rolling green fields, majestic horses, and tranquil ponds. The Floating Veranda at the venue is beautiful and intimate. In a covered pavilion overlooking the water, the happy couple can exchange vows. Guests can watch the lovebirds make their vows from the water's edge. Following that, the cocktail hour and reception can be held in a magnificent covered pavilion. There is plenty of room for family and friends to interact and enjoy their favorite beverage. Twinkling string lights can be used to illuminate the space at night. In the moonlight, the newlyweds might share a beautiful first dance. The Venue Barn is an option for couples that wish to make their wedding day even more special. We regularly host smaller (less than 50 people) gatherings throughout the year, and we also accept requests for a small number of larger (up to 200 guests) gatherings on a limited basis on an as-available basis basis. The cost of all weekend events is a three-night minimum buyout of the entire property (approximately $6,500), plus an additional fee based on the number of guests and type of event, which can range between $500 and $7,500 depending on the event. During your stay, you will have exclusive use of the main house and grounds, and the fee will cover standard cleaning, taxes, and service fees - as well as vendor load in and load out, as well as use of our Bose professional-grade sound system. Equipment rental, catering, chairs and tables (beyond what is already on the premises for resident guests), and other similar expenses are not included. As a result, we require that all guests hosting events on our property purchase event liability insurance as well as contract with a security vendor who has been approved by us (see below for more details). Please review our policies before making a reservation. In the center of a triple lot, the house has a corner yard (under an oak tree) to one side and a private, fenced yard to the other. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The two yards are linked together by a central hallway that runs through the center of the house and connects them. Some groups choose to hold part of the event (such as the ceremony) in one yard and the other part of the event (such as the reception) in another yard, but depending on the size of your group, you may be able to hold both the reception and the ceremony in the same location. There is a large gate in the non-cottage yard that can be opened to provide easy access for a food truck.

The Barnhill Center is located in Downtown Brenham, Texas, at the Historic Simon Theatre. The Barnhill Complex is a multi-purpose conference and event center located midway between Houston and Austin. The Simon Theatre, which opened in 1925 and was designed in the majestic Beaux-Arts Classical Revival architectural style, provided a magnificent venue for many theater events, film screenings, and ballroom dances. To create the theatre for the city of Brenham, the James Simon family commissioned Houston architect Alfred C. Finn, whose career included creating a number of important Houston buildings as well as the San Jacinto Monument. Today, thanks to a multimillion-dollar refurbishment, the glitz and opulence of the historic Simon Theatre is preserved for future generations in the Barnhill Center at Historic Simon Theatre. You will love the convenience of all the latest upgrades while feeling the charm of the old. To be sure, it is the best of both worlds. Hasskarl Auditorium is a 321-seat theatre that has been restored to its former glory using cutting-edge technologies such as Digital Cinema Projection. The House is now owned by the Keyes Foundation, which was established by late resident Frances Parkinson Keyes, to ensure the preservation of the house and garden which she restored.
