The estate traces its origins to the 1940s, when it operated as a seaside retreat, and has been revitalized over the past two decades by the Talmadge family into a venue that blends coastal New England character with contemporary comforts. For private events and celebrations, the property offers an outdoor tented patio — a 40-by-40-foot frame tent with a chandelier, bistro string lights, lounge seating, and round dinner tables — along with a large open lawn set among the cottages. The venue accommodates up to 65 seated guests or 74 for standing arrangements.
