It was erected in 1935 and can accommodate up to 240 people for a sit-down dinner and 200 guests for a buffet-style reception at its greatest capacity. Wood flooring has been installed throughout the house, as well as new drapes. All of the windows have been replaced as well. A limousine entry, as well as a romantic and comfortable setting, are available as amenities. The ballroom is illuminated by magnificent chandeliers. The ceilings are very high. There is a kitchen and a bar area. This ballroom may be booked in combination with the South Hall Ballroom, which is located just across the hall from it. This would allow you to have your ceremony in one ballroom and your reception in the other, saving money on space. Both facilities are managed by our rental agent.
