During our seasonal events, such as the Easter Eggstravaganza, summer pick your own & unWINEd events, FallFest, and the Holiday Light Show, private areas can be reserved in advance. All parties are available on an as-needed basis: Choose your date, your location, and your food. It's all up to you. Our private rooms can accommodate anywhere from 20 to 150 people. Seating, tables, and a campfire are provided in each area (when in season). A separate admission ticket must be purchased for each guest 2 years and older, which is NOT included. In order to accommodate labor and staffing shortages, food and non-alcoholic beverages may be brought into the private areas; alternatively, we offer a variety of catering options. Flourtown Country Club is a historic Philadelphia-area property known as the region's only farm-to-table country club, with catering handled by its exclusive partner, Seedling and Sage. Inside, the clubhouse retains original touches like a fireplace, French doors, exposed stone, crown molding, and original hardwood floors, giving the space a vintage-chic character alongside its more recently renovated interiors. The club's 6,000-square-foot Ballroom opens through double French doors onto the Tented Veranda, a 3,600-square-foot stone patio outfitted with ambient market lighting, rattan chandeliers, and a 20-foot built-in oak bar. Both spaces connect to a golf deck overlooking the club's 9-hole course, giving couples cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing space that flows between indoors and out. For ceremonies, the club also offers two outdoor sites, Twin Oaks and the Golf Garden, both set among the grounds and golf course views, in addition to the covered Tented Veranda. Wedding packages include full place settings with china and Chiavari chairs, a seasonal harvest display, butlered appetizers, a plated dinner, a five-hour open bar, custom wedding cake, and a private second-floor suite for the wedding party, making the club a one-stop setting for both ceremony and reception.

The Mercer Museum is a distinctive concrete castle in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, built by archaeologist and historian Henry Mercer between 1908 and 1916. Its seven-story structure, anchored by a towering central atrium originally designed to display large early American artifacts, now houses roughly 40,000 objects spanning more than 60 pre-industrial trades, widely regarded as among the most complete collections of its kind in the country. For private events, the museum offers the Elkins Gallery, a Georgian-style room with a vintage baby grand piano and two fireplaces well suited to intimate weddings and receptions, and the Great Hall, set beneath a glass ceiling with views of the castle and available for evening events with self-guided tours included. The Old School Meetinghouse is a historic two-story meetinghouse in Southampton, Pennsylvania, built by Baptist congregants in 1772 on land tied to Quaker settler John Hart, a First Purchaser who arrived in Pennsylvania in 1682. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the building was enlarged in 1814 and has remained largely unchanged since, having served as a house of worship for over three centuries. David Jones, who served as a Revolutionary War chaplain, and Silas Durand, the meetinghouse's last resident minister, are among the notable figures tied to its history. Today the meetinghouse hosts wedding ceremonies of any denomination, set on grounds of flowering and mature trees. Tamanend Park sits just across the road, offering couples a nearby setting for photographs. The surrounding area also provides access to country clubs, hotels, catering facilities, bed and breakfast inns, and Bucks County wineries for couples planning a full celebration. The Southampton Chamber Music Society is available to provide musical accompaniment, from strings to bagpipes, for ceremonies held at the meetinghouse. Located at Hampton Square in Southampton, Pennsylvania, the ballroom is convenient to Philadelphia, Bucks and Montgomery Counties, I-95, and the Pennsylvania Turnpike. The space is defined by 16-foot vaulted ceilings, two fireplaces, and chandeliers, with a richly appointed bridal suite reserved for wedding parties. Fisher's Tudor House is a banquet and event venue in Bensalem, Pennsylvania, offering a restaurant, bakery, and a collection of distinctly themed ballrooms and reception rooms for weddings and private events. The venue's on-site bakery bakes each couple's wedding cake in-house. Old York Road Country Club is a private club in Spring House, Pennsylvania, set on 128 acres of Montgomery County countryside and open to the public for weddings, showers, rehearsal dinners, corporate meetings, and other private events. Founded in 1910 in Jenkintown, the club relocated in 1963 to its current property, centered on a historic Manor House dating back to 1775, complete with original stone fireplaces. The attached Ballroom, updated in 2018 with adjustable lighting, a new tiled ceiling, and an integrated dance floor, seats up to 90 guests as the York Room alone or up to 150–180 guests when combined with the adjoining Grill Room. A covered, redone terrace runs the length of the Manor House overlooking the 18th green, with an open grotto featuring patio furniture and firepits. For ceremonies, the club offers a landscaped outdoor courtyard as well as the terrace, both just steps from the clubhouse. Smaller gatherings can be hosted in the Blue Room, a private dining room for about 20 guests in the original Manor House, or the Tip Room, seating up to 35.
