Marte Hall is a family-owned event venue serving the East Williamsburg and Bushwick area of Brooklyn. Part of the BrooklynPartyHall.com family of venues, Marte Hall offers a flexible blank-canvas setting with an experienced management team committed to making each event smooth, organized, and memorable. The venue has been operating since 2015 and underwent a complete renovation in 2020. Its approximately 2,500-square-foot event space can be customized for weddings, birthdays, Sweet 16s, baby showers, repasts, corporate events, and other private celebrations. Marte Hall accommodates up to 120 guests and features Wi-Fi, an illuminated in-house bar, ductless air conditioning and heating, teakwood flooring, three restrooms, and dimmable dynamic lighting. A prep kitchen is available with a sink, refrigeration, and space for food preparation and staging. Marte Hall does not have a full commercial kitchen, stove, oven, or gas cooking equipment. Outside vendors may be used, allowing clients flexibility in creating an event that reflects their own style and vision

The Frying Pan is a history rich vessel that spends all of it's days permanently docked at Pier 66 Maritime at the Hudson River Park. The Frying Pan is open to the public during the open hours of Pier, as well as being available to rent out for private events. Any occasion can be celebrated at The Spaniard with a private party, and we can accommodate guest lists ranging from 10 to 30 people. We are located on a former estate; the aesthetic of the property blends 1920s refinement with 1790s pastoral, boasting views of woodlands, lakes, rolling pastures and vistas extending towards Bear Mountain. Structures on the property include an 18th century farmhouse, a 150-year old classic red barn, an elegant estate home built in the 1920s, a boathouse and various cabins. You can use our historic venues for rehearsal dinners, birthdays, family gatherings and more. With 19 rooms available for overnight accommodation, you and your guests will enjoy a stay on a working farm while knowing that you are supporting an agricultural nonprofit with a mission that cultivates environmental resiliency and regional prosperity. WEDDINGS The focal point of your event is an elegant fieldstone house set amidst the landscape of a true working regenerative farm. The soft lowing of cows on distant hills can be heard as your guests dine on local fare coordinated through our favorite chefs and caterers. An ancient apple orchard gently slopes away from your table and pastures rise in the distance. Vegetables grow a stone's throw away. Your carefully crafted menu celebrates and works in harmony with the abundance around you. Wedding rentals include our three guest houses, venue spaces, grounds, use of a private lakeside boathouse and a tour of our farm operations. Located in the Ludlow Hotel on Manhattan’s storied Lower East Side, Dirty French is an energetic bistro created by the acclaimed hospitality brand Major Food Group and its co-founders Jeff Zalaznick, Mario Carbone, and Rich Torrisi. Dirty French's Main Dining Room can accommodate large parties of up to 24 guests non-privately or it can be booked privately for up to 90 guests seated or 150 guests for a reception-style event. Dirty French's Private Dining Room is located on the 2nd Floor of the Ludlow Hotel, through a private entrance. The room has a built-in bar, dedicated restrooms, a private coat check, and large windows overlooking Ludlow Street. It can be booked for up to 50 guests seated or 80 guests for a reception-style event. Dirty French’s Garden is a beautiful courtyard that is located on the ground floor of the Ludlow Hotel. The space features a glass ceiling, exposed brick walls, a picture window looking into the kitchen, and open airflow. It can be booked for up to 24 guests seated.

Welcome to Space LES, a quintessential Manhattan loft in the trendy Lower East Side next to the East Village! It features 2,000 sq ft of renovated space, 11 ft ceiling, hardwood oak flooring, a kitchen, HVAC, AV, furniture and more. Movable walls and adjustable lighting present various options for art exhibitions, cocktail receptions, pop-ups, film or fashion projects. Your guests will be greeted by a glass facade with authentic 100-year old patinated pilasters. A double door level entrance leads to a spacious well appointed loft. Amidst the cozy, intimate, moodily-lit “Tudor Hacienda” décor, Chef de Cuisine Victor Santibanez (in collaboration with Executive Chef Brad Warner) has crafted an upscale Mexican menu designed for sharing with small plates such as fresh ceviches, tacos and salads, as well as more generously proportioned dishes like Roasted Chile Rellano, Lamb Barbacoa Tacos and Carne Asade. Al Coro is a restaurant designed for special occasions. The main dining room can accommodate parties of up to ten people. Each night there is live music. Larger events can be accommodated in a number of private rooms. The menu has meals that take some artistic license in addition to regional Italian cookery. A array of little morsels called aperitivi is served before the main course, antipasti, two pasta courses, and desserts. A condensed 5-course menu is available for $195 per person or the full 7-course menu costs $245. Our main dining area has a private room that can accommodate up to 12 people on the mezzanine. For exclusive gatherings, underground private dining rooms may accommodate 180 people. The Bar Room represents a relaxed extension of The Dining Room, fitting whether you’re looking for snacks, a full meal, or you just want to dive head first into a bowl of pasta and call it a day. The menu, which draws from the entire Italian peninsula, may be ordered either “prezzo fisso” or a la carte and is punctuated with a selection of inventive desserts by Pastry Chef Thea Habjanic, ending every meal on a sweet note.
