The Trotter Convention Center is a 15,000-square-foot event facility managed by the City of Columbus, Mississippi, built to accommodate trade shows, banquets, group meetings, and sporting events for groups of all sizes. At the heart of the building is the Auditorium, a 9,600-square-foot main hall measuring 80 by 120 feet. The space seats up to 600 guests banquet-style and expands to 1,600 in a theater arrangement, with a balcony that contributes to the upper-level capacity. Three divisible Meeting Rooms on the lower level total 5,200 square feet, accommodating 350 guests banquet-style or 600 theater-style when combined. Each individual room holds up to 145 guests banquet-style or 100 classroom-style, offering flexibility for breakout sessions and smaller receptions. The floor plan also includes a Gallery and open Lobby, and the facility can accommodate up to 100 eight-by-ten-foot trade show booths throughout its spaces.
