The facility encompasses two connected event spaces: a Small Hall spanning 3,440 square feet with a stage and seating for up to 252 dining guests, and a Large Hall at 6,000 square feet accommodating up to 400 for dining. The two halls are joined by a full kitchen, a bar area, and restrooms, allowing groups to use either space independently or in combination for larger events. Included with every rental are 56 rectangular tables, 50 round tables, seating for up to 450 guests, dishware service for 400, coffee service, and a PA system. The facility is ADA accessible and available for weddings, receptions, community celebrations, fundraisers, and private gatherings.

The outdoor Stouffer Park Gazebo is available for gatherings of up to 300 guests and offers a tree-lined park setting. Rentals of the indoor hall include round tables, chairs, and a kitchen for food preparation.

Dodasa Ranch is a destination wedding venue and guest ranch set in the Sierra-Nevada foothills of Calaveras County, California — approximately 60 miles south of Sacramento and 23 miles west of Jackson, surrounded by rolling hills, California oaks, and peaceful ponds. The property hosts multi-day celebration weekends that begin Friday evening and conclude with a farewell brunch Sunday morning. The covered Pavilion Barn accommodates up to 150 guests and features a massive stone fireplace, wrought iron and crystal chandeliers, custom wood farm tables, and wooden barn doors that enclose the space during cooler months. Ceremonies take place outdoors beneath ancient oak trees, overlooking ponds, or on open grassy fields. The course's layout combines ample landing zones that promote playability with fascinating green complexes that provide just the right amount of difficulty for players of all skill levels. The occasional errant tee shot may necessitate navigating mature Red Oaks, Cypress, Eucalyptus, and Ponderosa Pine trees that can be found in the rough portions of the course. Weddings & Events As a result of our magnificent event space, we can easily handle receptions of more than 300 guests without the difficulty of having some visitors sit outside on a patio, under a tent, or elsewhere. Every Lone Tree event takes advantage of the huge floor to ceiling windows in every space, which overlook the 18th green and provide breathtaking views of the beautiful golf course below, the rolling hills, and the neighboring lake.
