Halls Signature Events is the award-winning restaurant Halls Chophouse, The Charleston Steakhouse's private dining and event facility. We're in the heart of the French Quarter in Charleston, South Carolina. Up to 225 people can be accommodated in the rebuilt historic warehouse, which has an exposed brick and beam architecture that combines traditional elegance with modern conveniences. From tiny business luncheons to massive wedding banquets, the open, breezy room is the ideal setting for all types of creative gatherings and meetings. You and your guests will be treated to Halls' famous service and the quality you have come to expect from our restaurants, whether your event is held in our gorgeous historic setting at 5 Faber Street in downtown Charleston or we bring our private chef services to your house or offsite event. For plated meals, passing hors d'oeuvres, cocktail parties, abundant buffets, and full bar packages, we provide customized menus. After many months of research, planning, and renovation, the Exchange finally opened its doors in January of 2019. It originated from the wish to establish a productive space for the mobile workers who live and operate within our densely populated and rapidly expanding community. The office and co-working space was purposefully designed to inspire and connect people, making it an ideal setting for the hard-working minds that are concentrated in our enormously influential region. We are the type of self-employed individuals who are looking for a reasonable office space. The rapidly expanding team of a startup that is not quite ready to move into a corporate office. The person who believes they can "work from home" but finds out there is no such thing in reality. The real estate agent, attorney, or business networker who requires executive office services. Do you require a large amount of space for the event? The Exchange is more than 5,000 square feet in size and features hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, a grand fireplace, beautiful porches, and a variety of other amenities. The wedding reception will have a swoon-worthy setting thanks to the venue's abundance of warm natural light, which permeates each and every nook and cranny. On-site planners are available to assist you in making your vision a reality, no matter the size of the event you are organizing, be it an intimate gathering or a grand soiree. The l'On Meeting House has sufficient space to host gatherings for up to one hundred fifty people. Couples have the option of exchanging their vows on the beautifully maintained lawn during the warmer months. When the temperature begins to drop in the evenings, you should set up a tent so that you can continue your celebration under cover while dining and dancing. When the couple of honor enters, they are greeted by a bright and airy space to exchange their "I do's." Embellish the blank canvas according to your preferences, and then use it as the background for the stunning photographs that will be taken on the wedding day. The warm candlelights that surround the room are complemented by the suspended ceiling lights, which together create the ideal intimate setting for an elopement with your closest and most dearly held loved ones. All bridal showers, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, and receptions are welcome to be held at l'On Meeting House. The coordinators of the event are able to lend a hand with everything relating to the wedding reception. For engaged couples who are looking for the ideal person to marry them in front of their loved ones, the staff is able to coordinate the scheduling of an officiant for the big day. The guests of honor are welcome to use the dressing rooms in advance of the ceremony in order to primp and preen prior to meeting and greeting guests outside. Because the venue is accessible for people using wheelchairs, the day can be enjoyed in comfort and security by all of the loved ones who are in attendance.

Dunes West Golf & River Club is one of Charleston's most exquisite and popular venues for gatherings of all kinds, located on the scenic site of the historic Lexington Plantation along the banks of Wagner Creek. Dunes West is undoubtedly one of the South's best clubs, and the perfect backdrop for any occasion or celebration, from the avenue of arching live oaks that leads to the antebellum-style clubhouse to the breathtaking water vistas to the gracious yet thorough service. It's no surprise that Dunes West is a recurrent choice among brides, given to its incomparable beauty and experienced event crew, which includes a team of culinary artists who provide some of the greatest cuisine in the area. The Food and Beverage Director will assist in the planning of all functions, including food and beverage arrangements, facility set up, and event timeline, to ensure that all elements are confirmed and agreed upon in advance. Tables, chairs, flatware, china, glasses, and linens will be provided as available and depending on the nature of the event at Dunes West Golf and River Club. The cost of any additional products that the club needs to hire will be added to the final total. The employees of Dunes West Golf and River Club will set up tables, chairs, and linens, but will not be responsible for decorations, props, or flowers. Candles, props, decorations, and other special objects should be brought in the day before or the morning of the celebration. Any objects not belonging to The Club that are left behind should be picked up the morning after the function. The Club is not responsible for any objects that are not removed promptly after an event. The guest is responsible for all floral arrangements, musical arrangements, cakes, and photographs. Vendors who have previously worked with Dunes West Golf and River Club can be recommended by the Food and Beverage Director. The room will usually be ready to decorate by 7 a.m. for a morning event, 9 a.m. for a lunch event, and 3 p.m. for an evening event. Vendor deliveries should be coordinated with the Director of Food & Beverage. The facility is open to both members and non-members of Dunes West Golf and River Club. All events require a $500 deposit or 50% of the room cost, whichever is lower, which will be deducted from the final payment. There are no refunds on any deposits. Before a deposit is received, no date will be reserved.

Alhambra Hall is tucked away in Mount Pleasant's Old Village neighborhood. This former ferry terminal, which overlooks Charleston Harbor, is furnished with hardwood flooring, vaulted ceilings, and airy southern porches that wrap around three sides of the structure. There are no conflicts between events because we only organize one event per day. Alhambra Hall's primary rental space, which is a well-liked location for weddings and celebrations, is about 3,280 square feet. The main hall is 80 feet long and 40 feet broad. 350 people can fit in the building at most. For a sit-down meal, the main hall can accommodate 200 people comfortably. All rentals may conclude as late as midnight on Saturday through Thursday and 1 a.m. on Friday. However, please remember that the fee of your nighttime rental covers using the space for an event that lasts no more than six (6) hours. Plan properly for your start and end hours.
