Part of the Screening Services Group — ranked highest in Variety's "Small is Beautiful" — the venue combines a professional-grade cinema with an adjacent art gallery curated by Husar Fine Art, offering a distinctive setting for film events, receptions, and private gatherings. The screening room seats 49 to 50 guests in a dedicated theater with a 9'3" by 18'7" screen, stadium-style rows spaced six feet apart, Dolby Atmos audio, and 2K and 4K Christie DLP projection supporting 2D and 3D formats. The space is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Alongside the cinema, the art gallery — with its hardwood floors, track lighting, and rotating exhibitions — accommodates receptions and stand-alone events, with tables and chairs included in the rental. Originally part of land acquired in the early 1900s by the Anderson family — developers of the Beverly Hills Hotel — the Lodge served for years as a private hideaway for the hotel's most distinguished guests, who arrived by horseback through canyon pathways to dine beneath towering oak and sycamore trees. Rescued from demolition in 2012 and carefully restored, the property retains its Old Hollywood garden character while welcoming a new generation of private events. Overview Despite being only two stories tall and dwarfed by its surroundings, this dazzling black-and-gold terra cotta building with zigzag modern ornamentation commands attention despite its small size. Morgan, Walls, and Clements, one of the oldest continuously operating architectural firms on the West Coast and a driving force in the development of various forms of revival and moderne architecture in Los Angeles, designed the building. A notable feature of the structure is that it is one of the city's last remaining black-and-gold Art Deco structures, and that it is a scaled-down version of the firm's downtown Richfield building (built in 1928; demolished in 1968). It was originally constructed as a neighborhood branch bank, and it served in this capacity until 1970. The building was originally used as a restaurant/nightclub, and it was later converted into a Christian center. After years of disrepair, the building was beautifully restored and converted into short- and long-term creative office space for rent. It is also available for private parties and special events.

Your guests will enter the exclusive estate through the exquisite wooden gate, which provides a delicate, romantic appeal and complements the expansive front yard. The ceremony will be placed in a small and cozy outdoor area, which will be enjoyed by your guests. The party will continue outside during the reception, with your guests dancing the night away beneath the stars. This private estate, built in the 1920s, is a photographer's dream, as it has been utilized for a variety of filming productions. The door's carved elements add elegance while remaining simple, and they make a lovely backdrop for wedding photos. The general Spanish design of the house is basic yet sophisticated, with rich, dark wood framing the doorways and covering the floor and ceiling. The venue can hold up to 50 guests.

For larger events, a restaurant buyout requires a food and beverage minimum of $17,500 - $25,000 (plus service charge and sales tax), with the amount varying depending on the season, the size of the party, and the day of the week. A Friday rehearsal dinner or a Saturday wedding (in the late spring or early fall) are both very popular choices for couples. Our guests are not charged any room fees, location fees, or rental fees for any of the services that a restaurant would normally provide. Valet parking is available for a fee of $10 per car.
