The iconic Manhattan outpost offers a landmark 7,500-square-foot private building in the heart of the historic West Village. Surrounded by elegant townhouses and cobblestone streets, the studio is just a few steps from the Highline, the Whitney Museum, and the Meatpacking District. This location is artfully distressed, with red and blue brick, a huge skylight, multiple green-rooms, and a garage door for easy load-in/out. In addition to its iconic West Village studio, Industria offers two exceptional locations in Williamsburg, Brooklyn: 39 South 5th Street and 33 Grand. Strategically located near the waterfront Domino Park and only one subway stop away from Manhattan, the studios are easy to get to and are nestled in the city’s most happening neighborhood. With its 10,000 sq ft, 39 South 5th boasts 4 car-accessible studios with multiple entrances and retractable walls, 3 mezzanines, and majestic 25 ft cathedral ceilings. 33 Grand is an intimate 2,000 sq ft historical space and an architectural gem with a private yard and a 1000 sq ft basement. From sweeping views of the Hudson River, to the raw, structural elements from the elevated railway’s industrial past, the High Line provides a oneof-a-kind experience in an unrivaled New York City setting. The High Line is an elevated freight rail line turned hybrid public space on Manhattan’s West Side. Founded in 1999 by two community residents, Friends of the High Line fought for the High Line’s preservation and transformation at a time when the historic structure was under threat of demolition. In 2009, the High Line was revived as the innovative park you see today. Friends of the High Line is now the nonprofit conservancy that maintains, operates, and programs the High Line in partnership with the New York City Department of Parks & Recreation. Beauty & Essex is available for all variety of events, from intimate dinners for 12 up to cocktail events for 550 people. The restaurant sits behind a functioning pawn shop and has a full service bar on both floors, as well as 4 dining rooms and a lounge area. Each of our spaces can be reserved semi-privately or combined for full floor and restaurant buyouts. Unique on the Lower East Side, the atmosphere of the 10,000 square foot space is both grand and intimate, moody and effervescent. Various rooms for lounging and dining unfold on two floors, like a large turn-of-the-century townhouse. Each room has its own unique elements that celebrate timeless jewelry designs and upscale jewelry stores. Marte Hall is a family-owned event venue serving the East Williamsburg and Bushwick area of Brooklyn. Part of the BrooklynPartyHall.com family of venues, Marte Hall offers a flexible blank-canvas setting with an experienced management team committed to making each event smooth, organized, and memorable. The venue has been operating since 2015 and underwent a complete renovation in 2020. Its approximately 2,500-square-foot event space can be customized for weddings, birthdays, Sweet 16s, baby showers, repasts, corporate events, and other private celebrations. Marte Hall accommodates up to 120 guests and features Wi-Fi, an illuminated in-house bar, ductless air conditioning and heating, teakwood flooring, three restrooms, and dimmable dynamic lighting. A prep kitchen is available with a sink, refrigeration, and space for food preparation and staging. Marte Hall does not have a full commercial kitchen, stove, oven, or gas cooking equipment. Outside vendors may be used, allowing clients flexibility in creating an event that reflects their own style and vision
