TWO-STORY CLIMATE CONTROLLED BARN The 4,000-square-foot Dove Hollow Estate barn is framed with grey and white barn doors. Our bespoke iron and glass doors, which serve as the barn's main entrance and exit, are what set us apart. They're responsible for our barn's industrial/modern vibe, which we adore. The ambience for your wedding is set by 33 ft high ceilings with magnificent industrial teardrop glass chandeliers. Our barn also has 22 pane-less glass windows, some of which are almost 10 feet long, ensuring that your memories are completely captured. CHAPEL Our chapel features bench seating and can accommodate up to 200 people. It has a gloomy black exterior with gold hardware details and wide windows (to let your white outfit sparkle!). The interior is light and spacious, with industrial and modern design elements that nicely match the character of our barn welcoming area. Founded in 1958 by the Junior League of Longview, the Longview Museum of Fine Arts (LMFA) has grown from a small annual art invitational into a cultural cornerstone of East Texas. The museum has been located on Tyler Street in downtown Longview since 1998, and its permanent collection has grown to nearly 1,200 works, including paintings, woodcuts, photographs, sculpture, and works on paper, centered on early Texas Regionalist art from the 1930s through the 1970s. Adjacent to the museum, the Pelaia Plaza JT Smith Sculpture Garden offers an outdoor gallery with a performance stage, landscaped grounds, and outdoor sculpture, serving as a green-space gathering spot in the heart of downtown Longview. Our Personal Narrative We're Logan and Abby Misegades, and we're here to help you. Logan is fluent in French. Abby is a native Texan. As a result of spending two years in France and working in the family business (a bed and breakfast set in the French countryside), we began to daydream of opening a comparable establishment in the United States. It is the long-term goal of Margot Hill to provide a taste of the French countryside to the people of East Texas. We are looking forward to extending and developing the land, as well as meeting and getting to know all of the lovely individuals we will meet along the way! The Venue - 5300 sq ft Indoor/Outdoor climate controlled venue including a 1500 sq ft covered veranda - Capable of hosting up to 200 guests - Professional catering kitchen - Separate spacious restrooms for men and women - Covered porte-cochère entrance The Residence - 3500 sq ft custom-built home on-site - Inside you’ll find a family-sized gourmet kitchen, large screen TVs, 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths with a separate hair and make-up salon studio and groom’s quarters. - The residence has been professionally decorated and fully furnished with a beautifully landscaped pool terrace which includes a private outdoor entertainment area and barbecue grill.
