Scarbrough Haven is equal parts meadow, woodlands, walking trails, lakefront, nature preserve, and total mesmerization. It is genuinely a spiritual haven. The exclusive and secluded estate venue, which has been family-owned since 2007, is located 75 miles east of Dallas in Emory, TX. Our northeast Texas location spans over 800 acres and is divided into six unique parcels. A total of 65 acres are available for events ranging from small gatherings to huge gatherings. The Aurora at Scarbrough Haven event venue, an open-air chapel, a beautiful greenhouse, an art-filled tea room, wooded walking trails, and lakefront access to Lake Fork – one of the best bass fishing lakes in the United States – are just a few of the highlights. THE AURORA AT SCARBROUGH HAVEN This modern construction is based on an 1853 hand-hewn oak barn frame and features hand-crafted embellishments like shou sugi ban cladding and hand-bleached pecan floors. The interior of the building can seat 200 people. THE TEA ROOM AT SCARBROUGH HAVEN For afternoon teas, wedding, bridal, or baby showers, reunions, rehearsal dinners, or offsite work functions, this meeting area easily seats 50 people. The Scarbroughs have acquired art and souvenirs from all over the world to decorate the area. A spacious patio is perfect for outside seating, and the lawn in front of the house is perfect for tables and chairs, lawn games, or large group meetings. THE GREENHOUSE AT SCARBROUGH HAVEN This functional greenhouse was constructed in 2013 using reused materials from our property's demolished barns and buildings. Each side offers a unique perspective and will seat 80 people in a theater-style setting. THE CHAPEL AT SCARBROUGH HAVEN This floating chapel, which has no walls or a roof, is encircled by towering trees and a growing field of snowdrops, and is perfect for romantic forested outdoor celebrations. The chapel has a paved floor and can accommodate up to 80 people in a theater-style setting. The Historic Polegreen Church outside of Richmond, Virginia, which “commemorates the battle for civil and religious freedom in Colonial Virginia,” was the inspiration for this structure.

Sunrise Point is a beautiful 3-acre peninsula on Cedar Creek Lake with 1,800 feet of coastline, panoramic lake views, and spectacular sunsets. Sunrise Point, located 90 minutes north of Dallas, 45 minutes north of Tyler, and three hours north of Houston, can accommodate up to 150 guests in two huge tents. We offer a warm and welcoming outdoor venue with an overnight experience. Weddings Imagine the ripples of the water rolling and softly touching the shoreline as you say "I do." Birds flit through the air and float on the water, while fifty-year oak trees give a lovely canopy. After the wedding, the celebration begins as your guests enjoy a breathtaking sunset over the ocean. The Wildflower is situated on 50 gorgeous acres between Lake Tawakoni and Lake Fork in Emory, Texas. Large open meadow tracks, massive Oak and Cedar trees, and a glistening pond surround our wedding venue. Nature and wildlife can be found in abundance. The scenery is magnificent. The Wildflower hosts are a group of six people who are related both by blood and by love. We are a close-knit family who puts in long hours and enjoys seeing people's dreams come true! Our experience and understanding will ensure that your special day goes off without a hitch and that your guests have a fantastic time. Wildflower is a one-of-a-kind wedding location. This is a modern industrial farmhouse with a total area of 5,500 square feet. The 3,800-square-foot Wildflower Reception Room has 18-foot walls and a 31-foot ceiling peak. It features exposed beams as well as walls of glass windows and doors that look out over a two-acre pond filled with Large Mouth Bass. There's an indoor outdoor bar, as well as a 1,600 square foot wraparound covered deck with views of the meadow and pond. El Cerrito Lodge is a stunning wedding location near Diana, Texas. This site, which is on a hill with views of the beautiful countryside, will astound you and your guests. Bella Sera Ranch is a wedding venue in Palestine, in the heart of East Texas, set on five acres of a 40-acre tract of rolling meadows and mature oak trees. The venue is built around multi-day celebrations, offering 48-hour estate rentals that give couples the run of the grounds for the full weekend rather than a single event day. Three distinct spaces anchor the property. A private, historic-style indoor chapel with vintage pews seats up to 150 guests for ceremonies, while an open-air Pavilion frames outdoor ceremonies for up to 200 amid towering trees and East Texas sunsets. The Grand Hall, a 4,500-square-foot reception space with cathedral ceilings and expansive windows overlooking the grounds, hosts receptions of up to 200. Bella Sera Ranch takes an all-inclusive approach, folding in a large selection of complimentary decor, an included photobooth, on-site rentals such as glassware and cloth napkins, and end-of-night cleanup by the venue. This old cotton gin has been entirely restored and converted into an event space unlike any other in the world. Don't be fooled by what you see on the exterior!
