Summerour Studio is an expansive, refurbished warehouse located in Atlanta’s exciting Westside, where the city’s industrial past frames many destinations for design, dining, and style. This wonderfully unique building is the main studio for Summerour & Associates architecture firm. Updated in 2005 by renowned architect Keith Summerour, the building was previously the home to Preston Rose Printing, and had been in various uses since the 1920s. The roof over the 8000 square foot main space is supported by massive bow trusses, which allow the wide, open floor plan to be free of columns or supports. Revealed through a wall of windows that runs the entire length of the space is a breathtaking skyline view of Atlantic Station and Midtown. For events held at Summerour Studio, Novare Events provides full beverage service, including barware, glassware, and staffing. Summerour Studios has an exclusive in-house caterer. Bold Catering & Design will handle all of your food service and catering needs.

Originally constructed in 1905 as horse stables, the structure was later converted into the clubhouse for the golf course that once occupied the park. To honor its heritage, we’ve preserved the Stone Mountain granite walls, ivy-covered windows, and traditional wooden plank walls. Whether you're planning a classic, formal plated lunch or a more casual, mix-and-mingle event with interactive food stations, we offer the perfect menu to suit your occasion. The Piedmont Room, which was constructed in 1928, was originally used as the clubhouse for the golf course that was located inside Piedmont Park. It now serves as a venue for some of Atlanta's most famous events. The foyer's original Stone Mountain granite walls and ivy-covered windows have been preserved, but the main room has a contemporary vibe thanks to towering windows, dark bamboo hardwoods, and ceilings that are 15 feet or higher. The venue rental includes ivory table linens, gold Chiavari chairs with ivory cushions, votive candles, up-lighting, and complimentary self-parking for guests. Additional fees may apply. The Piedmont Room is ideal for gatherings of 50 to over 200 guests.

Just north of Pershing Point lies Rhodes Hall, one of Atlanta's few historic mansions on Peachtree Street. Built in 1904, prior to the creation of Ansley Park, Rhodes Hall was created for one of Atlanta's wealthiest individuals by one of the city's most recognized young architects, Willis F. Denny II. It is a statewide landmark for both the quality and style of its architecture, which was built of Stone Mountain granite in the Romanesque Revival style. Rhodes Hall is available for a variety of events including wedding ceremonies and receptions, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, and holiday parties. Events at Rhodes Hall may utilize the front porch, the front lawn, and the first floor of the home. A maximum of 100 people can be seated throughout the first floor for a seated dinner, and the largest room can hold 40 people. This Atlanta landmark is one of the most unique venues for social and corporate events.

​This historic property is located on the edges of Kirkwood and Edgewood. It’s been home to history, innovation, film projects and now your good times! Originally built in 1904 by Pratt Engineering, this location was used for the production of fertilizer bombs during WWI. Later it was used to develop and patent liquid carbonated gasses, which was then purchased by The Coca-Cola Company while it was still a start up. The Pullman Company Purchased the property in 1926, expanded it and gave it its iconic name. Pullman was renowned for luxurious rail travel across the country, and used the site to repair passenger and cargo cars. The Pullman company was also one of the largest employers of African American men during segregation: The Pullman Porters. These men formed the nation’s first African American labor union affiliated with the American Federation of Labor: Brotherhood of Sleeping Car Porters and Maids. Founded by civil rights activist A. Phillip Randolph, the union aimed to improve the working conditions and treatment of African American railroad porters and maids employed by the Pullman Company across the country. As travel by rails died down, the site was abandoned becoming a popular destination among not only local street artists, but as a filming location. In 2017, the site was purchased by Atomic Entertainment, who have redeveloped the site as an “entertainment destination of the south” serving as a creative and cultural focal point. This has ushered in a new era for the site with the advancement of film and television productions such as Hunger Games, Fast and Furious, Baby Driver and Bad Boys 3. Now that the Pullman Yards is open and operational, our aim is to bring fun, arts and culture to the neighborhood, the city of Atlanta and all its surrounding areas. The Interior space, with its 18-foot ceiling and polished concrete floors, boasts a refined yet rustic interior with warm urban charm.
