Pearl Box Townhouse spans three thoughtfully designed floors: a ground-level private dining room and two upper levels housing our retro-inspired cocktail bar. Each floor has its own energy and character, and they can be used separately or combined to create a dynamic flow and increase guest capacity. The space was brought to life by NYC design icons Fabiana Faria and Helena Barquet, the creative minds behind Coming Soon NYC, known for their playful yet refined aesthetic. Imagine a cocktail party across the top two floors followed by an intimate seated dinner downstairs, or start the night with a feast before heading upstairs for a full-blown dance party (yes, our license goes until 1:00AM). No. 2 E 90th is a gem located on Museum Mile on the Upper Eastside, set between the Guggenheim and the Cooper-Hewitt Garden. The spaces here are perfect for all occasions, large and small, including concerts, meetings, art shows, fundraisers, classes, holding companies, school graduation ceremonies, panel discussions, and receptions of all kinds. Come celebrate your next event in one of the beautifully renovated spaces! Beautifully renovated, Darlington Hall offers an open floor plan with skylit double-height ceilings embedded with 12 speakers. Adjacent from the hall is the kitchen with professional-grade equipment. This space is perfect for receptions, fundraisers, school assemblies, classes and seminars. The Gray Room has sliding glass walls adding flexibility and opportunity to the space. This room has access to the kitchen, as well as use of the adjacent gallery, ideal for classes, meetings, art shows, parties, and more. The Chapel boasts with beauty from the stained-glass windows and stenciled walls. This space is ideal for intimate concerts and performances, readings, and small meeting’s – pairs well with Darlington Hall adjacent to the kitchen, for a lunch or buffet gathering. With 80 ft-high gothic-style vaulted ceilings, balcony seating, stained-glass windows, a built-in sound system and Organ and Steinway piano, the Nave is a beautiful space for concerts, performances, large lectures or panel discussions, and graduation ceremonies. This space is paired well with Darlington Hall, adjacent to the kitchen, for a lunch gathering, buffet service, or cocktail reception. The pews in the Nave can be removed to accommodate special events.

Cooper Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Museum is housed in philanthropist and steel magnate Andrew Carnegie’s former mansion. Built at the turn of the century, its fin de siècle interiors feature ornate coffered oak ceilings, carved boiserie paneling, custom-made wallcoverings, and a conservatory with Palladian bronze and glass doors. A top-to-bottom interior and exterior renovation sensitively restored the grandeur of the mansion’s exquisite craftsmanship and injected contemporary architectural features to transform one of New York’s grandest residences into a dynamic, dramatic setting for gatherings of all sizes. Situated on museum mile and steps away from the Guggenheim and Met, the mansion houses one of Manhattan’s largest enclosed gardens. The Arthur Ross Terrace and Garden has been designed to integrate contemporary landscape features with the garden’s historic plantings and is open year-round for tented or plein-air events. American Cut, created by LDV Hospitality, pays homage to the original and aspirational New York dining experience- The steakhouse. The restaurant captures the nostalgic glamour of yesteryear and adapts this ambiance to today's modern social life. The menu combines bold flavors and a unique style to create the restaurant’s take on American classics, like our house favorite Chili Lobster and the 40 oz. Tomahawk Chop. A mix of tableside preparations, ranging from the Plank-Smoked Old Fashioned to the OG 1924 Caesar Salad, create a colorful and i nteractive dining experience. American Cut also has a tendency to light up the room, with interactive experiences such as the 40oz Porterhouse, flambéed tableside and elements of smoke and fire in other specially curated dishes. Our culinary team creates event menus that can be customized to meet the needs of all guests, ranging from social seated dinners, large format steaks, cocktail receptions, creative food station displays and sweet treats.

With a capacity of 175 guests for seated and over 225 for receptions, we can accommodate a variety of seating configurations. The room is equipped with two 15-foot dropdown screens with built in projector and surround sound speakers. Amali oversees food, beverage and service for The Ballroom on 74th. Our award winning culinary and beverage team executes with restaurant level professionalism and care. The Ballroom on 74th is located within the Chiotes Hall which offers also offers conference and meeting rooms for corporate meetings.
