With its location in the historic Brooklyn Navy Yard, New York City's only working vineyard offers a unique and exclusive Brooklyn setting with spectacular city views, whether during the day or at night. The vineyard provides both partial and full rooftop rentals, allowing our customers to choose the level of exclusivity and affordability that best suits their needs. The Rooftop features many big recreational spaces, an outdoor movie screen, a gazebo, a pergola, and a variety of lounging locations within the central vineyard, among other amenities. It is housed in the historic Brooklyn Navy Yard and has a 2500sf photo and video studio with 15' high ceilings, as well as an oversized, 20'x32' complete cyclorama with contemporary architectural elements. The studio opens up to a 5000sf rooftop deck with a panoramic view of the Manhattan skyline and the Hudson River. Ten Ton Studio is the ideal location for films, photo shoots, and special events since it provides a variety of amenities such as photographic equipment rental, a beauty station, event planning services, free client parking, and unique access to the Brooklyn Navy Yard. A full-service photographic studio and event facility located in the heart of Brooklyn's Navy Yard, Ten Ton Studio offers a variety of services. Daylight streams in through the roof deck and right onto our 32-foot curved cyc, which has the capacity to be completely blacked out. Ten Ton Studio is Brooklyn's top recording studio, thanks to its on-site equipment.

What exactly is TUFFET? To put it another way, it's a cheese/meat/bar establishment. It consists of over a dozen handmade cheeses as well as eight prepared and cured meats and sausages. Craft beer and fine wine are on the menu. Cocktails and coffee will be served, as well as a seasonal sangria to brag about to your friends. A spot to work during the day and meet up with a friend for a date in the evening. When your flat is too tiny to accommodate your birthday celebration or when the occasion calls for something more elaborate. Alternatively, it may simply be your local tavern. Where you can find a welcoming bartender, good music, and a cheese platter that is done well. We can accommodate weddings and receptions for groups of 35 to 115 people, and seated ceremonies for up to 60 people. On-site event coordination and high-quality staffing are always included as part of the package. We are also open to collaborating with other caterers and/or food trucks. The use of our 10 foot chalkboard menu for customized chalk painting is offered. BRIC is a Brooklyn-based nonprofit arts and media organization that has shaped the borough's cultural landscape for over four decades. BRIC House, its home at 647 Fulton Street in the Cultural District, occupies a repurposed Strand Theater building and sits alongside BAM Harvey, the Mark Morris Dance Center, and Theatre for a New Audience. The venue's five rentable spaces span a broad range of event formats. The 3,600-square-foot Ballroom — with a 20-by-36-foot raised stage, retractable raked seating, and a sprung floor — accommodates up to 250 guests theater-style, 260 for seated dinners, and 440 standing. The 1,100-square-foot Lobby/Stoop, with its floor-to-ceiling gallery garage doors and 10-by-16-foot projection screen, serves receptions and presentations of up to 250 standing guests. The 1,400-square-foot Artist Studio offers a flexible, intimate setting for up to 70 guests for performances, workshops, and small gatherings. A professional TV Studio and a 3,000-square-foot gallery round out the rental offerings. The Space at Irondale occupies a restored nineteenth-century Sunday school in Fort Greene, Brooklyn, giving the 6,000-square-foot hall ceilings that rise 26 to 28 feet and a character the organization describes as "theatrical and contemporary with a historic feeling." A wrap-around balcony on three sides adds 1,900 square feet of gallery and café space, encircled by original stained glass windows. The space accommodates up to 250 guests in flexible configurations and seats 200 at tables with room for a dance floor — well suited to weddings, galas, benefits, and corporate events alongside theatrical productions. More than 150 lighting instruments and a full four-speaker sound system are available for use, and an open vendor policy gives planners full latitude over catering, décor, and other services. The venue sits three blocks from Barclays Center with access to most subway lines and the Long Island Railroad.

Frankies Spuntino has earned a reputation for seamlessly hosting all manner of events — from weddings and intimate family celebrations to private barbecues and pop-ups. Frankies 457’s private event space is a converted blacksmith’s stable located in the garden behind their restaurant at 457 Court Street in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn. The rustic brick building, constructed in the early 1900’s, can accommodate up to 40 people for a family-style dinner or up to 50 guests for a buffet event with scattered seating. For events of 41 to 70 guests, our Stable Garden space may be added to the Stable for expanded seating. The Stable Garden is located directly outside the Stable. For an indoor/outdoor event, the Stable doors slide completely open allowing free-flow between the spaces. During the cooler months the Stable Garden is winterized enabling you to celebrate at Frankies year round. The Frankies Garden may be added to the Stable and Stable Garden to accommodate seated events of up to 80 guests. This unique and romantic space is ideal for wedding celebrations and includes a private entry via our Patio. Ceremonies and receptions can be held in the gardens or the Stable, offering a variety of layouts and possibilities. For parties up to 100 guests, the Frankies Garden is an idyllic setting for buffet dinners or cocktail receptions with scattered seating. Located 3 doors down from Frankies 457 Spuntino, The North Dining Room in Frankies Pantry and Bottle Shop is a unique location for your intimate gathering of up to 20 guests for a seated event.

St. Lydia's offers its Gowanus storefront to outside groups for private events and gatherings. Located at 304 Bond Street in Brooklyn, the space is defined by exposed brick walls and a glass-fronted facade that draws in natural light from the street. The venue comfortably accommodates 30 guests for sit-down dinners, 45 for intimate performances, and up to 60 for standing cocktail receptions. A fully equipped kitchen — stocked with pots, pans, and multiple sinks — supports catered and food-forward events, while an outdoor deck extends the gathering space in warmer weather. Atlantica is a 145-foot mega motor yacht available for private charter in the New York City area.
