Founded in 2015, the Willow Ballroom at the River Road Exchange is located on the gorgeous, Sacramento Delta. The Willow Ballroom is about 15 miles south of downtown Sacramento in the town of Hood, CA. Our story began over the last hundred years when the River Road Exchange was home to a bustling fruit shipping and processing facility. Now repurposed into an event center, the Willow Ballroom is open and booking: weddings, private events and much more! At approximately 11,000 square feet, the capacity is around 600 people, which makes it one of the largest venues in the Sacramento area. The exterior is urban with beautiful brick walls, and the interior has a vaulted, wood ceiling with exposed brick walls, cement pillars and a mix of eclectic chandeliers. Located just one block off the Sonoma Plaza, our hotel-style banquet hall with attached spacious commercial kitchen and garden patio, can accommodate up to 300 guests in an assembly layout, and 200 guests in a formal sit-down set-up. We offer a variety of services and rental options to help you plan the event you have envisioned. We will work with you to design a layout that both brings your event to life but also has the logistics of traffic flow and routes for staff for an effortlessly efficient event. To reserve the space for up to 100 guests, you have exclusive access to our back patio between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM on any day of the week. An event coordinator will work with you through the entire process and be on-site the day of to ensure everything runs smoothly. For food and beverage options, we offer a variety of choices. You may select from our in-house passed hors d'oeuvres or opt for one of our preferred catering partners for a full-course meal. Prices can vary depending on your selection. In terms of beverages, we offer wine and beer. Please note that beverage purchases are in addition to the rental fee. If you choose to bring your own beverages, a corkage fee will apply. Alternatively, if you prefer to only rent the space without food and beverage service, the venue fee alone would apply. Please inquire about pricing. In October of 2014, Eagle Vines Vineyards and Golf Club completed an incredible renovation project to provide Napa Valley with an elite wedding venue for guests up to 280 people. With an outdoor pavilion that sits just outside the restaurant patio on an elevated 4,000 square foot terra cotta stamped concrete foundation, Eagle Vines Vineyards and Golf Club is a premiere location to host an event of any sort. Beautiful views of Napa Valley feature the mountains, vineyards, golf course, 300 yard waterfalls and professional landscaping. A gorgeous clear tent provided breathtaking rustic wooden walls, excellent for blocking heavy wind and providing an indoor/outdoor atmosphere for guests to enjoy. Twelve chandeliers hang from the ceiling of Eagle Vines Vineyards and Golf Club's tent, and white draped fabric adds a soft touch to the venue. Fresh green grass outside opens up to the tent to conduct a ceremony with vineyards on one side, waterfalls on the other side and elevated views of mountains straight ahead.
