Our Tasting Room Our tasting room is located in the historic Rockwood Farmhouse (built in 1885), in the heart of the San Pasqual Valley wine region, just minutes from the San Diego Safari Park. The huge dual column copper pot still was custom built to fit inside the production facility's skylight, which was the only place in the distillery tall enough to accommodate the towering copper columns. A smaller "experimental" copper still was created for small batches of research and development in order to develop our unique recipes.
