Hui No'eau Visual Arts Center is a nonprofit visual arts organization that has called the historic Kaluanui Estate home since 1934. Situated on 25 acres in Upcountry Maui, the estate centers on a Mediterranean-style manor designed in 1917 by architect C.W. Dickey, set against sweeping views of Haleakalā, the West Maui Mountains, and Maui's North Shore. The grounds encompass several distinct outdoor areas — including the Panoramic Lawn, Reflection Pond, Courtyard, Solarium, Monkeypod Trees, and the Historic Mill — that together accommodate weddings and private events for intimate gatherings up to 250 guests. The estate's architecture, mature landscaping, and mountain backdrop give each area a character that few Maui venues can offer. Beyond weddings and private celebrations, Hui No'eau sustains an active visual arts program offering classes, workshops, and camps across drawing, painting, ceramics, glassblowing, printmaking, photography, jewelry, and Hawaiian arts. The Steeple House at Kapalua is a historic 1,500-square-foot chapel in West Maui, built in the 1950s to serve the area's pineapple and sugar cane plantation workers. Remodeled in 2017, the chapel retains its character — including stained glass windows depicting tropical flowers and pineapples — while offering every modern amenity. Situated next to The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua, the property overlooks the Pacific Ocean and the Kapalua Golf Course. The grounds span one acre of manicured lawn and include multiple distinct spaces for events of all sizes. The indoor chapel accommodates 20 to 200 guests. The outdoor Mau'u Terrace, set against ocean views, suits ceremonies and cocktail hours for up to 100 guests and can be tented. The Makai Lawn opens to a grand lawn area that can be tented for up to 500 guests, making full-property buyouts possible for celebrations of nearly any scale. The venue includes a catering kitchen, a private bridal prep area, and 40 on-site parking stalls. Outside caterers are welcome, and the property offers direct beach access for ceremonies or photographs.

From ancient times, Olowalu was considered a place of refuge, many describe it as a magical place. The oceanfront, Olowalu Plantation House, was part of the Olowalu Sugar Plantation and Pioneer Mill. The Plantation consisted of 700 acres of sugar cane and was part of the community since 1850. The last sugar harvest was 1998. The house itself, offers a spacious lanai overlooking a large beachfront lawn. This lends a beautiful backdrop for wedding ceremonies, receptions and group functions.

The Mill House at Maui Tropical Plantation is a working-farm event venue set on 1,800 acres in Waikapu, on Maui's central plains. Framed by the West Maui Mountains and the slopes of Haleakala, the property has hosted weddings, corporate gatherings, and private celebrations across a range of indoor and outdoor settings. The venue offers several distinct spaces: the Tropical Wedding Gazebo sits on the banks of the lagoon and accommodates up to 100 guests for ceremonies and receptions; the Mill House Banquet Room provides an exclusive indoor setting for up to 200 guests for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or reception events; and the Lagoon Terrace and Central Lawn offer open-air alternatives at a similar scale. A full-service events team and in-house culinary crew work alongside a curated list of partner vendors to coordinate and customize each event.

Friendly Charters, operating as Maui Snorkeling, runs private and public snorkeling tours aboard the Lani Kai II — a 53-foot vessel departing daily from Ma'alaea Harbor in central Maui, positioned between Lahaina and Wailea. The company offers full private charter buyouts for groups of up to 65 guests, making the Lani Kai II a distinctive event venue on the water. Private charters are available in the morning or afternoon and are well-suited for wedding activity cruises, corporate events, fundraisers, family reunions, birthday parties, and client entertainment. Guests enjoy the same all-inclusive experience as the public tours — snorkeling equipment, flotation devices, wetsuits, and boogie boards are all provided — along with exclusive use of the boat and its 25-foot waterslide, one of the longest in Maui. The Lani Kai II features a large shaded cabin, an open bow deck for sunning, two onboard restrooms, easy swim steps for water entry and exit, and a freshwater rinse station.
