The Barn & Greenhouse Our 3,000-square-foot greenhouse can comfortably accommodate upwards of 200 guests seated banquet style. The greenhouse is structurally tied into an adjoining 2,000-square-foot barn, which serves as a multi-use event space with a bar and five bathrooms, as well as the lobby for The Greenhouses hotel—with white walls, modern sconces, and wood floors. Behind the greenhouse, an open-air, walled patio is an additional space for wedding proceedings—ceremony, cocktail hour, what have you. The stone patio connects to The Greenhouses Kitchen, built on the site of a former cement block warehouse, where we serve breakfast for our guests each morning. The Hill at Wright's Farm is situated on a 450-acre working farm in the center of the Hudson Valley, New York, and is surrounded by fresh peach trees in the summer and Mutsu, Mac, and Cortland apple trees in the fall. The Shawangunk Mountain Ridge serves as the backdrop to this landmark, and the view from there is so spectacular that the fields surrounding The Hill were kept unplanted in order to preserve the scenic grandeur of the surrounding area. In addition to the already noticeable attraction, the natural aroma of the peach flowers and apple blooms enhances the experience. The Hill got its start in 2014, when our daughter made the decision to have her wedding “on top of the hill.” The rest is history. Because of the site's allure, making the decision to use it was a straightforward process. Plans were drawn up to construct a terrace that would overlook the Shawangunk Mountain Ridge. The patio is enclosed by a split-rail fence, which is ideal for accommodating all of the event's guests. Whether it is in the afternoon or at night, the sky surrounding The Hill stretches for miles in every direction, and the sunsets are impossible to capture with a digital camera. The Venue at Winding Hills sits on more than 85 acres of wooded landscape in the rolling highlands of New York's Hudson Valley, operating as the event side of Winding Hills Golf Club in Montgomery. The renovated indoor space is built around high vaulted ceilings, large windows that draw in natural light, rustic fixtures, and a double-sided fireplace, while a newly structured tent with cross-back chairs extends the setting outdoors for receptions. Together the indoor rooms and tented patio accommodate up to 200 guests, making the venue suited to weddings, bridal and baby showers, milestone celebrations such as quinceañeras and sweet sixteens, corporate conferences, and golf outings alike. On-site catering with customizable menus comes through the club's TO GO Catering service, and the venue's team guides each host through a one-on-one planning process from first meeting to event day. A dedicated bridal suite is available for wedding parties.

The 1796 House Inn at the Ridge is a pre-Victorian homestead built in 1796, set on 5 acres in the foothills of the Shawangunk Mountains just outside New Paltz, New York. The working farm property features barns, a natural lotus pond, and multiple gardens that together serve as a backdrop for small, intimate events — the inn accommodates up to 50 guests for weddings, yoga retreats, vow renewals, and private gatherings. The inn's private chef, a 1974 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, prepares farm-to-table meals drawing from the property's own vegetable garden. Four pet-friendly guest rooms are available for overnight stays, allowing wedding parties and family to remain on-site throughout the celebration. Dogs are welcome, including as participants in ceremonies.
