The Herreshoff Marine Museum is a premier waterfront location for your next special event, such as a clambake, business meeting, small conference, corporate retreat, holiday party, regatta, wedding, or family reunion. The museum is located on the banks of the Hudson River. In the midst of dozens of exceptional historic Herreshoff boats on an exceptional waterfront property overlooking Bristol Harbor, our facilities provide a beautiful and historic setting for your event. The Museum provides several attractive options for your meeting, social event, or wedding, including the Waterfront, Hall of Boats, Aria Gallery, Conference Room, and the second floor of the historic Burnside Building, among other locations. All year long, the Museum offers a variety of unique indoor and outdoor spaces that can accommodate groups ranging from 25 to 200 people. Industrial heaters are used in the fall and winter to keep your party warm and toasty even in the coldest of temperatures. A special place to infuse your dinner or reception with a unique vibe, the Hall of Boats can be found on the ground floor of the Museum and is fully handicap accessible. It is the heart of the Herreshoff collection and is located on the ground floor of the Museum. Your event will take place among more than a dozen magnificent antique wooden boats, all of which were built by the Herreshoff Manufacturing Company, in this impressive space. Many of the boats are mounted on wheeled platforms that can be moved to accommodate and customize events of any size or configuration, including weddings. We have the capacity to accommodate 125 people for a seated dinner and 250 people for cocktails. On your request, a projection screen can be made available. Squantum Association is a private dining club and public event space set on ten acres of historic grounds along Narragansett Bay in Riverside, Rhode Island. Chartered in 1872, the club has hosted presidents and dignitaries over the decades and was featured on the BBC Network's Great American Railroad Journeys. The property's two signature buildings anchor its event spaces. The Clubhouse, built in 1899 and 1900, sits high on the rocks of Squantum Point with the feel of a Newport-style mansion; it houses the Culture Room bar, a working fireplace, a glass-enclosed sunroom, and a second-floor deck overlooking the bay. The Bakehouse, established in 1889, is the association's main event space, accommodating up to 150 guests for a seated dinner and up to 225 for a cocktail reception, with WiFi, surround sound, and a projector and screen built in. Squantum hosts weddings, corporate gatherings, and social events, along with traditional New England clambakes steamed over hot coals and seaweed. Wedding couples book only one event per day and receive complimentary use of The Cottage and the second-floor wedding suite as part of an all-inclusive package.

Rhodes on the Pawtuxet is a historic event venue in the Pawtuxet Village section of Cranston, Rhode Island, tracing its roots to 1872, when Thomas H. Rhodes opened a small pavilion there for clambakes and canoe rentals along the Pawtuxet. The current building, designed by architect John O'Malley in the neoclassical revival style, opened in August 1915 and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1978. Following a complete renovation in 2020, the venue's grand ballroom showcases more than 10,000 square feet of original hardwood floors beneath 21-foot ceilings, along with second-floor orchestra lofts and a three-tiered stage that once hosted bandleaders including Benny Goodman, Nat King Cole, Ella Fitzgerald, and Tony Bennett. In the foyer, a mural of Narragansett Bay by artist Hezekiah Dyer hangs above the main bar beneath a restored coffered ceiling, and an 1880 sculpture of Terpsichore, muse of dance, remains on display. Wedding rentals include use of the foyer and ballroom along with a renovated bridal suite, groom's room, and the Canoe Lounge, a VIP space that nods to the property's early canoe-rental days. Rhodes on the Pawtuxet works exclusively with Ralph's Catering and offers 540 complimentary off-street parking spaces, hosting weddings, galas, fundraisers, and public events of up to 2,000 guests.

Built in 1905 for wealthy businessman Samuel Priest, Edgewood Manor Inn is an 18-room Greek Revival mansion in Providence, Rhode Island, acquired in 1994 and restored to its original grandeur. Five ornate fireplaces and leaded, stained-glass windows remain throughout the property, and guestrooms and suites are decorated in Victorian and Empire style, several with gas or wood-burning fireplaces and jacuzzi tubs. The mansion serves as a backdrop for Rhode Island weddings and receptions, as well as anniversary parties, engagement parties, baby showers, and christenings. Couples can reserve the entire first floor for the ceremony, reception, or bridal party preparations, with capacity for up to 75 guests in winter and 150 in summer across the mansion's indoor rooms and outdoor grounds. Two dining rooms and a patio provide additional space for dining, and wedding parties receive a complimentary basket of cheese and crackers with an ice bucket and glasses. Edgewood Manor sits 2.5 miles from downtown Providence and 3.5 miles from T.F. Green State Airport, making it a convenient home base for out-of-town guests attending an event there.

Terrydiddle Farm is a small working equestrian farm set on 8 acres of New England farm country in Rehoboth, Massachusetts. Owned and managed by Dave and Lissa Trott for over 30 years, the property has hosted weddings and private events for more than a decade. The farm takes its name from a historic hill discovered behind the barn in the early 1800s. The grounds offer three outdoor ceremony locations, a reception tent, and a barn for indoor gatherings, with space for up to 150 guests. A private bridal suite is available for preparation before the ceremony. The farm's resident horses — including Bella, Penny, and mini horses Veronica and Hannah — are a beloved part of the experience and available for guest photos. Events run Friday through Sunday, with one event hosted per day. Outside vendors are welcome with proof of insurance, and the farm provides a curated list of preferred caterers, photographers, and entertainment vendors. Agawam Hunt is a private country club set on 130 wooded, riverside acres in Rumford, Rhode Island, just across the water from Providence's East Side. Founded in 1897 as a fox hunting organization, the club traces its roots to the Providence County Hunt of the 1870s and has occupied its current clubhouse site, a former farmhouse, since that era. In 2018, New Agawam, LLC acquired the property and partnered with The Nature Conservancy to permanently protect eleven of the club's interior golf course holes from development. The clubhouse offers formal and casual indoor spaces alongside outdoor venues on the property's rolling lawns and gardens, suited to weddings, showers, milestone celebrations, and corporate gatherings across the seasons. Potowomut Golf Club has been a fixture of Rhode Island golf since 1927, when a group of golfers built a private course on rolling terrain near Narragansett Bay, in the Potowomut section of Warwick. The 18-hole, par-71 course was designed by Walter Johnson, a disciple of architect Donald Ross, and has been carefully restored over the decades while staying true to its founding character: small, fast greens and a walking tradition that rewards strategy over length. While membership defines daily play at Potowomut, the club opens its course and clubhouse to non-members for weddings, corporate golf outings, and private celebrations. Golf outings get full course access with shotgun starts or tee times, practice facilities, and professional starter and ranger support, while receptions and dinners move into the clubhouse private dining room and patio, which overlooks the 18th green. Catering is handled in-house, with menus customized for each event and full bar service available, and every event is guided by a dedicated event coordinator from proposal through event day.

Built in 1822, the Aldrich House is a National Historic Landmark located on the beautiful and historic East Side of Providence. The house was presented to the Rhode Island Historical Society in 1974 by the heirs of Winthrop W. Aldrich, a former Ambassador to Great Britain, and it also serves as the Rhode Island Historical Society headquarters, hosting RIHS special events and programs by appointment. Robert S. Burroughs hired noted Rhode Island architect John Holden Greene to build the house in 1821; it was completed in 1822, the same year the Rhode Island Historical Society was founded. The Aldrich family later shaped national history from this address: Nelson W. Aldrich rose to the U.S. Senate in 1881 and helped lay the groundwork for the Federal Reserve, his daughter Abby married John D. Rockefeller Jr., and their son, Vice President Nelson Rockefeller, was named after him. During World War II, another daughter, Lucy Aldrich, sheltered Scottish evacuee children at the house.

The Lippitt House Museum is an 1865 Victorian mansion on Providence's historic East Side, recognized as a National Historic Landmark for its well-preserved period interiors. Built for textile magnate and Rhode Island Governor Henry Lippitt, the house features an elaborate dining room ceiling and other high-style Victorian details throughout its first-floor rooms. Beyond its museum tours, the mansion is available for rental for parties, photography and film, and corporate or non-profit meetings, with grounds that include an operational 1873 fountain. Rental packages give guests access to six first-floor rooms and the grounds, along with the free use of banquet tables, chairs, and a Steinway baby grand piano, all included with the space rather than sourced separately. Guided tours of the museum run year-round, including monthly First Thursday evening tours, giving visitors a window into the Lippitt family's history alongside stories of 19th-century immigration, women's suffrage advocacy, and Deaf education tied to the house.
