Our private dining rooms are great for your next occasion, whether it's a business luncheon for four, a shower for thirty, or a rehearsal dinner for 120. Our special events and parties consultant is available to help you arrange your special occasion from start to finish. GENERAL INFORMATION Several points of interest are listed below. Above all, we recognize that this is YOUR party, YOUR occasion, and YOUR meal. We will go above and above to fulfill your unique requirements and exceed your expectations. Our top priority is your satisfaction. SERVICE Individually plated lunch and dinners are provided, as well as a family type alternative. Everyone will enjoy a selection of things from one of our family style meals. FEES FOR SERVICES A 10% tax will be charged to the entire cost of food and beverages (Gratuity not included). A 3% event fee will be added to the final bill. GUARANTEES A $250 reservation fee is needed at the time of the reservation for all parties. The function's final payment must be made on the day of the event. When a reservation is canceled within 60 days of the function date, the reservation fee is nonrefundable. MINIMUMS FOR THE ROOM There are no additional fees for certain rooms. During dinner hours, however, there are room minimums that must be satisfied. During lunchtime, there are no minimums. Our special events coordinator can walk you through the process. FRESH FLOWERS A fresh flower arrangement is placed on each of our banquet tables. Custom arrangements can be made for a fee. Our special event organizer will be happy to help you with your requirements. AUDIO VISUAL Audio Visual One, one of the city's best audio/visual firms, has teamed with Di Pescara. Circa on Seventh occupies a historic theatre building in downtown Kenosha's Harborside district, just steps from Lake Michigan's waterfront, restaurants, cafes, and the Kenosha HarborMarket. The 1880s structure retains its original 22-foot ceilings and exposed brick walls, paired with a loft-like second-floor balcony and lounge furniture that give the space a contemporary edge alongside its historic character. The venue hosts weddings, social events, corporate gatherings, and showers, typically welcoming 100 to 150 guests with room for up to 200. Rentals include table linens, place settings, round open-back wood chairs, setup and takedown of decor, a dedicated event specialist, and an on-site day-of coordinator, with catering handled exclusively by sister company Culinary Infusion. A private second-floor bridal suite with a lounge, makeup area, and luncheon space gives wedding parties a place to prepare before the celebration begins.

The Club at Strawberry Creek is a private club in Kenosha, Wisconsin, built around an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Rick Jacobson and set amid rolling hills and native prairie grasses. Bristol Oaks Golf Club is a public golf course and banquet center in Bristol, Wisconsin, established in 1964. The Schram Memorial Chapel, named after famed Navy Captain Richard A. Schram and originally built at the Glenview Naval Air Station during World War II, served as a place of worship for thousands of servicemen and women passing through this military installation. The Village of Glenview and Kimball Hill Builders moved this historic non-denominational chapel from its original position after the Naval Air Station closed. The Schram Memorial Chapel is now held by the Glenview Park District and can be rented by groups, individuals, and organizations. Its rich history and impressive religious construction make it a very unique location for important milestones and memorable occasions. Both the rehearsal and the ceremony will be staffed by a caretaker. The caretaker is in charge of making sure the building is available to the renter during the agreed-upon rental hours, as well as setting the temperature and audio equipment. They are unable to direct your event, but are delighted to answer questions and make recommendations. The rehearsal can take place on any day (a week before, the night before, etc.) as long as the required day and time are available. The rehearsal will last one and a half hours. In addition to the ceremony rental, this time must be paid for. Typically, five flower stands, two altar shelves, 20 pews, and two podiums are all decorated. Except for tape on an aisle runner, we do not allow the use of nails, glue, or tape. Ribbon, tulle, or rubber bands can be used to connect pew decorations. Decorations are usually put up approximately 20-30 minutes prior to the wedding. Renters and their service providers have access to the building during the agreed rental term.

"Windy Pines," now known as The Redfield Estate, was built by Bertha Redfield and her second husband, Paul Petersen in 1929. The architect’s arrangement of the west wing, with its fireplace and balcony at an unusual angle to the remainder of the house, was influenced by the Prairie style of architecture. Overall, the effect is reminiscent of a country house in northern Europe. It is particularly lovely due to its variation of line, leaded glass windows, stone, stucco, and slate materials. It had a formal rose garden on one side of the home and a "natural" environment intended to attract wildlife on the other, in addition to its numerous distinctive design features. Even now, deer and other wild creatures can be seen through the windows.

The Kenilworth Assembly Hall was designed by Chicago architect George W. Maher, who was a contemporary of Frank Lloyd Wright. It was completed in 1907. It is designated on the National Register of Historic Places and has functioned as a lovely community house since it was built in the early twentieth century. In the Grand Ballroom, guests can be seated for a plated meal for up to 200 people and up to 300 for a cocktail reception. The beautiful Neighbor's Room may accommodate up to 75 guests. Nellie's Band Room The Band Room, or main performance room, is our largest event venue, with a stage area and a large bar on the first floor. For an additional $250 and $100, respectively, you can use our cutting-edge sound system and/or lighting features. We can host and cater for nearly any type of event in this area, not just live music. - Dinners for up to 30 people, seated and plated - Up to 200 people can be served at a buffet. - Up to 400 guests, cash bar with limited food from the normal menu - We can accommodate 400+ guests if this space is combined with the Mezzanine upstairs. The Mezzanine The Mezzanine on the second floor gives a beautiful view of the show as well as a separate bar with access to the rooftop. This space is suitable for smaller gatherings, however there are restrictions on bookings for concerts and other events. Smaller groups of 10 to bigger groups of 125 seats or 200 standing can be accommodated on the Mezzanine. Lower Level Beer Garden On the first level, near the main entrance, there is an outdoor space. Unity on the North Shore is an Evanston spiritual community that has been hosting life ceremonies since the congregation moved into its current home on Christmas Eve 1960.
