The Lytle House is a small, family-owned gathering room that may accommodate up to 80 people for a seated or cocktail event. We have a preferred vendor list that we highly suggest, as well as an approved caterer list from which you can choose. Our objective is to provide a one-of-a-kind setting for your celebration while also making the planning process as simple as possible. The Lytle House is available for weddings, private ceremonies, bridal showers, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, baby showers, professional events, photoshoots, workshops, and more. It has over 2800 square feet of free flowing indoor-outdoor space and features high ceilings, exposed brick, factory windows, and original industrial features. With the bulk of our ceremonies being collected, we offer restricted seating for ceremonies (reserved row for immediate relatives, etc.). Most wedding ceremonies last between 15-20 minutes, allowing for an intimate and relaxed semi circle to form around you while you exchange vows. The majority of ceremonies are held in the courtyard, in front of one of the ivy walls, in front of our enormous cityscape mural, or on our patio with the courtyard as a backdrop. In the event of bad weather, ceremonies are held inside, in front of our enormous glass garage door, with the courtyard as a backdrop. If your event has more than 30 attendees, you must select a caterer from our approved list. When we initially started hosting parties at our studio, we felt it would be a good idea to let customers choose whichever caterer they liked. It just took a few incidents for me to understand I'd made a mistake. All of the businesses on our approved list provide a pleasant experience. They've done a lot of work in our space. They are knowledgeable about our requirements and processes, but most importantly, they are fantastic. They wouldn't be on the list if they weren't fantastic. They'll answer your emails and do everything they can to make the planning process as simple as possible for you. They'll cook a delicious meal for you, and sure, you can bring your own wine.

6300 S. Lake Shore Drive (E. Hayes Drive @ Lake Michigan) is the address for 63rd Street Beach in Jackson Park. This beach offers a wide range of amenities to visitors. Stop by Belly Up for delicious Jamaican cuisine, or Leave With a Smile for snacks and drinks. Restrooms, interactive water fountains, showers, and meeting rooms are all available to beachgoers at the historic beach house. It is possible to rent the beach house. In 1871, the renowned Central Park designers, Olmsted & Vaux, built Jackson Park, as well as the adjacent Midway Plaisance and Washington Park. By 1888, the region had a paved beach built of granite bricks that covered the whole lakefront in Jackson Park. Given that untreated sewage was being poured into Lake Michigan at the time, it's no surprise that the beaches were used as paved walkways for strolling or promenading rather than wading or bathing. When Chicago's ingenious Drainage Canal was completed in 1899 and began transporting sewage to other sites, the lakefront became a popular spot for public swimming. In 1914, they devised a new plan for the landfill, and three years later, the 10-acre beach extension was completed. By 1919, an elegant bathing pavilion had been built near to the beach as part of this concept. The bathing pavilion, now known as the 63rd Street Beach House, was renovated by the Chicago Park District in 2000. The 63rd Street Beach House is a beautiful Classical Revival structure. The remarkable structure was designed by South Park Commission in-house architects. The magnificent exposed-aggregate concrete building, completed in 1919, takes full advantage of Lake Michigan with its open balconies and loggias (ground-level open-air galleries), allowing for lovely lake vistas and nice breezes. Bathrooms and baths, medical facilities, and separate courtyards for men and women with hundreds of wooden changing booths were all given in the past. The open courtyards are now tastefully landscaped places with an interactive water element, rather than wooden booths (made possible by the Max Schiff Foundation).

It was October of 2019 when we opened our doors in the Albany Park neighborhood, just a few blocks north of the Kedzie Brown Line stop. After years in the service sector, the proprietor has worked as a photographer, chef, waiter, and all-around jack of all trades before opening his own business. Seasonal cocktails, late-night small plates and bar snacks, as well as rotating beer and wine, are served in an intimate and sophisticated space with attentive and friendly guest service. The Irish American Heritage Center is a hidden jewel on the city's northwest side that is ideal for hosting meetings, social events, and group celebrations for both large and small groups. Private events can be held in the full Irish American Heritage Center or in individual rooms for smaller parties. We rent on a daily and hourly basis. In addition, we have two parking areas to accommodate your guests. ERIN ROOM The Erin Room, located on the fourth floor, is a private floor with a private bar, enormous glass windows, and crystal chandeliers. This magnificent area, which is conveniently accessible via our elevator and stairwells, is the ideal location for your wedding, benefit, anniversary, or concert. THE FIFTH PROVINCE HALL The Fifth Province Hall, which is located on the first level, features magnificent architectural aspects such as high ceilings and wooden accents. Because it is directly across the street from our Fifth Province Pub, this is one of our most popular rooms for a traditional Irish wedding. THE CEILI & SHANACHIE ROOMS The Ceili and Shanachie Rooms, both on the first floor of the Center, are ideal for family gatherings, fundraisers, and dance courses. THE MCGINTY ROOM The McGinty Room, on the third level, has an Irish feel to it and features a built-in bar as well as a stage for performance. This space is ideal for your upcoming baptism or communion. THE MAYFAIR THEATER This 658-seat theater is great for your next concert, play, dance performance, movie screening, or recital. ROOM 311 This exquisite space is on the third level and has windows on the west side, allowing natural light to stream in and accentuate the lofty ceilings and opulent embellishments. ROOM 304 These rooms, which are all on the third level, are ideal for small seminars, group meetings, music lessons, and dance classes. THE TARA ROOM The Tara room, a larger event area on the third floor with high ceilings and windows that let in natural light, is ideal for family or corporate events.

Itasca Country Club boasts a rich history, dating back to its organization in 1925 by B.B. Clover. Soon after, in 1928, the club was purchased by William Lyons who remained an integral part of the club until his retirement in 1985. The Itasca Country Club has been a staple in the community for over 90+ years and is a designated historical landmark by the Village of Itasca's Historical Preservation Committee and has been honored as a "Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary" by the National Audubon Society. We celebrate our colorful past while also continuing to build new memories for our members and their families. Today the Itasca Country Club is a family friendly private country club with a beautiful golf course, pool and banquet facility located in the heart of Itasca, IL. We offer a bocce ball court in the warmer months and an ice rink in the winter months to our members, as well as a family game room and a full service restaurant, the Fox & Turtle, which is open to the public. This two-story event venue, which was once a dairy barn, has been renovated into a classic and exquisite wedding and event barn with all of the modern conveniences you and your guests expect for your wedding. Bluestem Farm, located in Hebron, Illinois, is surrounded by 140 acres of prairie and a few family farms, and will provide you with the rural, quiet environment you desire. Bluestem Farm also has a variety of accommodation, dining, retail, and overall experience alternatives. Stay in The Farmhouse, our special rental home. Only 3 miles away, with capacity for up to 18 people. Hopleaf Bar has anchored Chicago's Andersonville neighborhood since 1992, built around a commitment to craft beer and Belgian-inspired cooking. The bar pours from 62 taps alongside an ever-rotating selection of bottles covering Belgian ales, fine wines, spirits, and ciders — a breadth of selection that has made it a destination for enthusiasts across the city. The kitchen extends that same philosophy to food: nearly everything is made from scratch in-house, from stocks and charcuterie to housemade sausages, with sourcing guided by a preference for pasture-raised meats, organic produce, and sustainably harvested seafood. The bar's signature mussels and frites reflect its Belgian roots and remain a fixture on a menu that shifts with the seasons. The space itself carries the character of its long history — exposed brick walls hung with vintage Belgian beer advertisements, a classic wood bar, an ornate tin ceiling, and a quiet back dining room anchored by a wood stove. The kitchen's menu rotates seasonally around French bistro cuisine, complemented by an all-French wine list, local and European beers, and craft cocktails made with house-made components. For private events, Bistro Campagne offers The Cottage, an intimate space that seats up to 48 guests. Designed in a blend of Prairie School and French provincial styles, The Cottage is available for full and partial rentals, with access to the patio and outdoor garden when weather allows. White Pines Golf Club is a Bensenville Park District facility set on more than 260 acres of maintained grounds west of Chicago. A fixture in the Chicago area since 1928, the club has evolved from its origins as an 18-hole course into a full-service event destination with two spaces designed for private celebrations. The Banquet Room accommodates up to 240 guests and features vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a wrap-around balcony overlooking the golf course, pond, and water features. It is well suited for wedding receptions, corporate dinners, and milestone events where guests can take in course views throughout the evening. The Pavilion is a climate-controlled permanent outdoor tent available from May through September, accommodating up to 300 guests. A secluded west-side patio adjoins the space for cocktails and mingling. Together, the two spaces serve weddings, quinceañeras, golf outings, showers, business meetings, and fundraisers, with catering handled by an in-house culinary team.

The distinctive environment of Lynfred Winery is ideal for your next private event, wedding, or business conference. From a simple evening of wine and cheese pairings to formal soirees served on exquisite Italian porcelain, we offer a variety of beautiful, exclusive wine-themed experiences. Whatever your requirements, we will work with you to create a unique event that will delight both you and your guests. All group activities hosted at Lynfred Winery are open to attendees who are 21 years of age or older. Most events require a minimum of twelve guests. Depending on the occasion, the maximum number of visitors ranges from 20 to 60. Private activities are held seven days a week, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., from January to September. Due to production and other scheduled activities, availability may be limited. In the mid-1970s, Lynn and Fred bought the Fenz Home, a one-acre property near the intersection of Roselle and Irving Park roads in Roselle, Illinois, which had already been historically significant: it had been inhabited by Colonel Roselle Hough, after whom the city is named. The Hattendorf family erected the structure in 1912, and Fred and Lynn rebuilt it, keeping the original detail and modifying it to serve the winemaking operation. Fortunately, the more than 18-inch thick cellar walls provide optimum temperature control for aging wines. Lynfred Winery, founded by Fred and Lynn in 1979, produces 5,000 gallons of wine in seven varieties. Lynfred has held true to its promise of producing exceptional wines over the years. Fred began construction on a 24,000 square foot state-of-the-art winemaking facility in 1990. While Lynn and Fred have both passed, their "small winery" rose to prominence in the winemaking world, and they left a dedicated team to lead Lynfred Winery into the future.
