About Brooklyn Grange: Founded in 2010, Brooklyn Grange is the leading rooftop farming and intensive green roofing business in the US, operating the world’s largest rooftop soil farms, located in New York City. Our rooftop farms in Brooklyn span almost 5 acres and produce over 80,000 lbs of organically-grown vegetables per year. We sell our produce at farmers markets and through our sliding scale CSA program. Through our Equitable Distribution Program, nearly 60% of our annual yields are distributed to New Yorkers at no or low cost. Our Event Space: We invite you to celebrate at our beautiful, 3.2 acre rooftop farm in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. A bluestone path leads to two outdoor patios and our climate-controlled, 3,000 sq. ft. indoor event space. Marte Hall is a family-owned event venue serving the East Williamsburg and Bushwick area of Brooklyn. Part of the BrooklynPartyHall.com family of venues, Marte Hall offers a flexible blank-canvas setting with an experienced management team committed to making each event smooth, organized, and memorable. The venue has been operating since 2015 and underwent a complete renovation in 2020. Its approximately 2,500-square-foot event space can be customized for weddings, birthdays, Sweet 16s, baby showers, repasts, corporate events, and other private celebrations. Marte Hall accommodates up to 120 guests and features Wi-Fi, an illuminated in-house bar, ductless air conditioning and heating, teakwood flooring, three restrooms, and dimmable dynamic lighting. A prep kitchen is available with a sink, refrigeration, and space for food preparation and staging. Marte Hall does not have a full commercial kitchen, stove, oven, or gas cooking equipment. Outside vendors may be used, allowing clients flexibility in creating an event that reflects their own style and vision

Their adaptable venue allows for both large and intimate events. They also have a shaded outdoor garden area for warmer days. Impress your guests with their unique beverage selection of curated natural wines, including skin-contact ferments, local craft beer and kombucha on tap. They offer innovative menus and catering for corporate and private events, both off-site and in-house.

Where the Richness of History Meets the Opulence of the City This bank, which was constructed in the late 1920s, was referred to as the "Hollywood of the East" and stood as a symbol of grandeur and wealth. This antique bank building has been reused, and it features elaborate ornamentation made of marble, gold, and brass. The Banq on Parq is a multi-level event space that is located on the central pillar of this bustling metropolitan downtown district. There was a time when downtown banks were the places where hopeful home buyers filed for mortgages, where hard-working employees paid their paychecks, and where small children watched their first savings accounts accumulate nickels and dimes. But over the course of the last few decades, innovations like ATMs and online banking have rendered these once indispensable institutions irrelevant. Frank Cretella, who is also the president of Landmark Developers and the originator of Landmark Hospitality, has recently converted the old Plainfield Trust Company building in downtown Plainfield into a new event space known as Banq on Parq. This venue first opened its doors last summer. The revitalization of the Trust Company of New Jersey building on Newark Avenue in the heart of downtown Jersey City is his most recent endeavor. On the exterior, the arches that surround the six tall windows are sculpted to seem like a fleur-de-lis pattern, and the revolving entry door is framed with intricate scrollwork. On the inside, the ramp that leads up to the teller floor is flanked by a thick marble balustrade. Above, the vaulted ceiling that extends over the mezzanine is adorned with five elaborate chandeliers.

The Harold Pratt House was constructed in 1919 as one of New York's grand Park Avenue Mansions. The hidden gem of the Upper East Side - We are the perfect venue to host a wedding, private dinner, conference, holiday party, annual meeting or any other event. The House consists of six unique rooms connected by a majestic marble staircase. Each room features original chandeliers, fireplaces and views of Park Avenue. Our adjoining Peterson Hall can be used in conjunction with the House to accommodate larger guest counts and features the latest in state-of-the-art audio and visual technology including a 22-foot LCD customizable video wall, a professional stage with furniture and full production lighting. It features unparalleled audiovisual equipment and capabilities including built-in video cameras, and sound . Defined by its delightful Venetian architecture, this Park Slope gem is rich with landmark charm. Lending a dash of tradition to the trendy Park Slope neighborhood, the club has been welcoming guests and members since the late 1800s. Boasting a superlative team dedicated to maintaining the venue’s customs of hospitality and inclusivity, this long-standing establishment provides the perfect backdrop for any event. The terracotta building features its original stained-glass windows from the club establishment in 1889. The interior features two event spaces: the Dining Room and the Ballroom. The expansive first-floor dining room can host an intimate or cozy reception and a beautiful second-floor bar and lounge, overlooking Plaza Street West, is the perfect backdrop for any event. Owner Randi Lee named his first independent restaurant after his great-uncle Leland Chin who settled his family in Oregon in the 1930s. Leland made a great success of his Portland restaurant Chin's Kitchen, building strong community through food, culture and storytelling. Leland Eating and Drinking House continues the family tradition of convivial hospitality providing a gathering place where neighbors can relax, unwind and be well-fed. Leland's New York Mediterranean cuisine is local and natural featuring in-house curing along with the preservation of local food and beverage. We pickle veggies, dry-age meats, and bake bread right in our kitchen. We buy fresh and make exactly what we need, with as little waste as possible. Our food aims to highlight the quality of organic, local ingredients while providing dishes that make you feel like home.

An award-winning venue, Avant Gardner is the crown jewel of New York City entertainment. Today, the 80,000 square foot venue complex continues to occupy an entire city block of industrial East Williamsburg, containing a compound of stages and full-service event spaces. The venue’s centerpiece is the outdoor Brooklyn Mirage (5,000 cap) which also features a 360° wrap-around high wall offering panoramic views of Manhattan.
