Built in 1937, Gramercy Theatre offers an ultimate rarity among NYC’s mid-sized music venues: a mix of fixed and flexible reception space. Located approximately 2 miles from the Jacob K. The Claudette restaurant is named after Claudette Sammut, the 91 year-old mother of Guy Sammut, who with his wife Reine own two beautiful restaurants and a small hotel in Loumarin. Carlos stumbled upon the property on a sunny October afternoon and was so inspired by the beautiful setting, Reine’s food, Guy’s incredible warmth, and the Sammut family’s story, that he asked Guy – before dessert was even served – if they could name the restaurant after his mother. Luckily, he said yes. Claudette is available for private dining & large-party events such as cocktail receptions, dinners, wedding receptions and more.

Italian Wine Merchants offers private spaces with a warm and inviting atmosphere, handcrafted seasonal and regional dishes, carefully selected and impeccably kept wines, and our professional staff to ensure your events are memorable. We will work with you to help create a memorable evening, preparing a customized menu that comprises both wine and food selections that are based on your preferences and budget. During the event, our culinary team and lead sommelier will briefly discuss the history and preparation of the Italian food courses, the origin and characteristics of the wines, and the nature of each pairing. The Beekman Tower was the new name given to it, and it was made public in 1934. We have 85,000 sq ft of space on the first seven floors of a new, Class A building in Union Square. Hancock St. is an NYC restaurant owned by John McDonald and Chef Ryan Schmidtberger that focuses on fresh ingredients and reimagined takes on basic meals. It has a 75-seat dining room, a 50-seat Garden Veranda, and a private dining room that can accommodate up to 30 people. Co-owner Serge Becker is no stranger to the hospitality industry, having owned famous establishments such as Area MK, Bowery Bar, La Esquina, Miss Lilly's, and Bodega Negra. Ryan Schmidtberger, the head chef of Hancock Street, is a former Lure Fishbar alum. Despite the fact that it was peak COVID, Becker and McDonald had previously collaborated on Lure Fishbar and believed it was time to start a new project together. Hancock is a white tablecloth restaurant that only serves dinner. "The space is dark, sexy, vintage looking," McDonald says, “It feels like it has been here for 20 years already, which was the goal." McDonald envisioned an elegant eatery that was neither fussy nor pretentious. He and Becker wanted to create something that appeared to have been around for a long time, with history and flaws. The menu features typical New York American fare that you'll want to eat every day. After a few months of the lockdown, McDonald was bored, and it prompted him to reconsider what he intended to do with a few of his properties. Pre-pandemic, the restaurateur had intended to conduct a two-week modest renovation of El Toro Blanco, but instead decided to do a complete overhaul from top to bottom. Serge Becker was also in town, so the pair got to work on Hancock St, and the rest is history.

The entire space can be reserved for lunch or dinner for up to 70 of your closest friends and colleagues. Start with Spritzers and bubbles at the bar, then share a curated selection of buzetti (open face mini-calzones) delicious salads, signature pastas and pizza for a great family style meal. Pizza Making Party: We’ve got a new kind of party that’s as hands-on as it is fun. Guests get glasses of Italian bubbly and their own dough-and then the party really heats up. Unwind and indulge with your inner pizzaiolo at a pizza-making experience at Coco Pazzeria NYC. Antelmo's passion expanded over the course of his years of expertise, and he eventually had the chance to take the position of Executive Chef. Antelmo continues to broaden and develop his culinary interests since he can satisfy any palette.
