Anchored by a 60-foot bar and outfitted with leather banquettes, a custom sound system, and warm, moody lighting, the space draws on an intimate, unpretentious atmosphere that suits everything from milestone birthday celebrations to corporate gatherings. The venue accommodates 175 or more guests across private and semi-private configurations, with leather banquette sections that seat 10–30 per section. Founded by Felix Arguelles and Tanya Arguelles, the studio was designed as a creative hub for independent artists, startups, and corporate teams seeking an alternative to conventional event venues. The 3,000-square-foot space features a 25-foot ceiling height, a 13-foot storefront window with natural light and blackout capability, a fully functional kitchen, makeup and changing areas, and ground-floor access with an active driveway for easy load-in and load-out.
