Kirkbrae Country Club sits in Rhode Island's Blackstone Valley in Lincoln, about 15 minutes north of Providence. Established in 1961, the club's clubhouse opened in 2000 and went through full renovations in 2008 and again in 2020, when the events facility was redesigned by J. Brice Design International with Turkish light fixtures, custom wall sconces, and a neutral palette suited to a range of event styles. Guests gather in ballrooms with large windows overlooking the ever-changing Blackstone Valley landscape and one of the largest dance floors in New England. Kirkbrae's event spaces range from the 35-guest Charcoal Room, suited to intimate luncheons and anniversary dinners, up through the 380-guest Grand Ballroom for large weddings and corporate galas, with a tented patio, North Ballroom, and South Ballroom in between for showers, birthdays, and milestone events of varying sizes. Inn at Mystic is a historic waterfront resort set on fourteen acres overlooking Mystic Harbor and Fishers Island Sound in Mystic, Connecticut. Once a private estate, the property has been welcoming guests for over fifty years and bills itself as Connecticut's most historic hotel. At the heart of the resort stands the Haley Mansion, a Colonial Revival home built in 1904 by Katherine Haley and positioned above the Mystic River with views extending to Long Island Sound. Terrydiddle Farm is a small working equestrian farm set on 8 acres of New England farm country in Rehoboth, Massachusetts. Owned and managed by Dave and Lissa Trott for over 30 years, the property has hosted weddings and private events for more than a decade. The farm takes its name from a historic hill discovered behind the barn in the early 1800s. The grounds offer three outdoor ceremony locations, a reception tent, and a barn for indoor gatherings, with space for up to 150 guests. A private bridal suite is available for preparation before the ceremony. The farm's resident horses — including Bella, Penny, and mini horses Veronica and Hannah — are a beloved part of the experience and available for guest photos. Events run Friday through Sunday, with one event hosted per day. Outside vendors are welcome with proof of insurance, and the farm provides a curated list of preferred caterers, photographers, and entertainment vendors. Terrydiddle Farm operates by appointment only.

Roseland Cottage is a National Historic Landmark in Woodstock, Connecticut, managed by Historic New England. Built in 1846 for New York merchant and publisher Henry Bowen, the Gothic Revival estate is instantly recognizable by its bright pink board-and-batten exterior, steep gabled rooflines, and ornamental bargeboards — considered one of the best-preserved examples of the style in the country. The grounds reflect the same Victorian ambition as the house itself. A boxwood parterre garden, designed in the 1850s, contains 21 flowerbeds with more than 4,000 annuals. The carriage barn shelters the oldest surviving indoor bowling alley in the nation, a reminder that Bowen used Roseland Cottage to entertain on a grand scale — four U.S. presidents among them. From May through October, the Carriage House and south lawn are available for private events including weddings, corporate gatherings, and celebrations. The Attleboro Area Industrial Museum occupies the historic Attleboro Refining Company building on Union Street, a structure constructed in 1899 that the museum considers its most significant artifact. Founded in 1975 as part of Attleboro's bicentennial celebration, the museum collects and preserves artifacts, photographs, tools, and machinery that trace the region's industrial heritage. The collection spans more than 17,500 items and is organized around a series of immersive exhibits — among them the L.G.
