Perched beneath a spectacular retractable pergola, the restaurant can transform between an indoor or outdoor setting within minutes. Twenty Three Grand also features several indoor/outdoor cocktail bars and patios, as well as a dedicated space for private dinners and events. Main Dining Room Twenty Three Grand’s greenhouse-like dining room is an architectural marvel. With a glass roof and sides that retract in 90 seconds, guests can enjoy their meals under a clear blue sky or beneath the stars in a truly open setting. No matter your event needs, Pier 92 and Pier 94 enjoy a prime location, as well as established prestige in the New York convention and special event landscape. 208,000 square feet of exhibit area make Piers 92/94 the second largest facility in New York City. Hawksmoor was inspired by childhood memories of how good steak could taste. Founders Will Beckett and Huw Gott (friends since they were 11) opened the first Hawksmoor restaurant on London’s Commercial Street in 2006. More restaurants in London, Manchester, Edinburgh, New York, Liverpool and Dublin followed. Our menus revolve around using the best ingredients we can find and cooking them as simply as possible – whether it be beef from grass-fed cattle, sustainable seafood from around the local coast, seasonal fruits and vegetables or local cheeses combined with great wines and interesting cocktails all served by people who love what they do.

With 25 years under its belt, Merchants is still committed to providing "great, polite, courteous, and attentive service." Merchants offers traditional American cuisine, a sizable wine selection, and specially prepared cocktails in a stylishly furnished modern setting, making it the perfect place for both dining and drinking. There are numerous private party rooms at Merchants that can hold groups of 20 to 200 people. The "Living Room" has a fireplace and eye-catching furnishings that combine old world elegance with unmatched comfort. Merchants, a real local hangout, serves as many people's "home away from home." Color Factory is a collaborative interactive exhibit that debuted in San Francisco in August 2017. What was intended as a month-long run unexpectedly flourished as a celebration of color and creativity that lasted for another eight sold-out months. In August 2018, a whole new palette came to New York City in SoHo’s Hudson Square neighborhood. In 20,000 square feet, we feature brand-new participatory installations of colors we’ve collected around the city— hues that invite curiosity, discovery and play. Some of our favorite artists, creatives, designers and makers are teaming up with us to tell their unique color stories and engage all of your senses in unexpected ways. We hope that the palette and projects offered within Color Factory will connect you to the colorful moments around New York and in your own daily life.

A majestic space in every sense of the word, Broad Street Ballroom, part of Léman Manhattan Preparatory School, is one of New York City’s grandest event venues. 41 Broad was built in 1928 as the Lee, Higginson, & Company Bank Building. Cross & Cross architectural firm — known as Old Society New York’s architects of choice — designed it in an austere, late 1920’s Classical Revival style, an aesthetic that defined New York City both here and in other of their designs, including 20 Exchange Place, The Guggenheim Museum, and Columbia University Church of Notre Dame. Stepping into The Ballroom is like entering another era (with the exception of the amazing audio-visual setup). Located at 41 Broad Street in the heart of New York’s historic Financial District, the Broad Street Ballroom has captivated visitors for decades with its timeless elegance. The markers of New York’s Gilded Age complement this modern event space under Cathedral-height ceilings, with its Broadway-level 200-light rigging, full concert audio system, and modern HD projector with 22-foot by 22-foot screen. Originally designed in 1928 as a bank in the Classical Revival style by renowned architects Cross & Cross, the 5,800-square-foot Ballroom is adorned with 30-foot bronze capped marble mosaic columns. The room’s particular glory is a wraparound mural by artist Griffith Baily Coale, depicting generations of sailing vessels that reflect New York’s history as a port city and celebrate the Ballroom’s location in the heart of history. The Broad Street Ballroom is a place of celebration and community for the Léman Manhattan Preparatory School. Such events include The Ballroom’s partnership with The Artists Den, the critically acclaimed television and digital music series best known for presenting small, secret concerts by extraordinary artists in non-traditional settings for the TV show Live from the Artists Den. The show connects fans with a unique and intimate musical experience for some of the industry’s finest acts. Live from the Artists Den broadcasts nationally on public television, and internationally in the UK, Japan, Germany, Australia, Canada, Israel, and Latin America.

Lightning Society is a five-story cultural event space and private gathering house located in a fully restored 1870 cast-iron landmark in SoHo, New York. Designed for brands, creatives, and community builders, the space blends historic New York architecture with modern flexibility. From fashion shows and corporate offsites to immersive brand activations and private celebrations, Lightning Society is built to host moments that matter.

Simon Oren, Dudi Sasson and Chef James Tracey bring midtown Manhattan a glamorous bold American restaurant. A raw bar features every crustacean imaginable, and servers stroll through the dining room brandishing custom gueridon carts preparing items tableside. The menu circles the globe offering Chef Tracey’s seasonal cuisine alongside an extensive selection of Prime Dry-Aged Steaks, and Roast Prime Rib of Beef. Designed by Scott Kester and Dudi Sasson, the two-floor lofty space is comfortable and lavish with an expansive bar and seating for upwards of 200 guests; perfect for large group dining, with private rooms for business and social events.
