La Cañada Flintridge Country Club sits at 5500 Godbey Drive in La Cañada Flintridge, California, nestled among the foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains roughly 15 miles north of downtown Los Angeles. The mid-century clubhouse commands panoramic views of the golf course, surrounding mountains, and on clear days, the ocean and Catalina Island — a setting the club describes as "a mountain resort minutes from DTLA and Pasadena." The club's banquet rooms accommodate up to 400 guests across events ranging from intimate rehearsal dinners to full wedding receptions, corporate meetings, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, and milestone celebrations. Floor-to-ceiling windows throughout each banquet space bring the mountain and fairway views inside, while outdoor ceremony options include a Garden Gazebo and poolside settings available late September through mid-May. In-house catering is led by a culinary team that works with clients to customize menus. The Jones sisters, Leslie and LeAnn, like to spend a typical night out in Los Angeles at some of their favorite restaurants, where they can enjoy delicious food, excellent wine, and the company of good friends. Leslie, a luxury wedding planner, and LeAnn, an attorney, had grown tired of having to travel outside of their neighborhood in order to partake in activities such as eating and drinking delicious food and wine. The sisters came up with the idea to launch 1010 Wine and Events based on Leslie's prior experience in the hospitality industry and LeAnn's knowledge of wine as well as her passion for the beverage. In the middle of Leslie and LeAnn's hometown of Inglewood, California, which is also their current home, you'll find the upscale wine bar known as 1010 Wine. Leslie and LeAnn both grew up in this city. The City of Champions is home to only one wine bar, and that establishment is 1010 Wine. Every day and in so many ways, the L.A. Zoo offers meaningful opportunities for discovery, education, and inspiration. #LAZooLove Rainforest of the Americas is the Zoo's newest state-of-the-art exhibit, transporting guests to a tropical rainforest full of life. From the treetops to the rivers, creatures are crawling, flying, slithering, hiding, sleeping, and living. Detailed sculptures, educational graphics, and architectural elements create an immersive experience for guests, while specific animal highlights include amazing critters from piranhas and giant otters, to harpy eagles and jaguars. The Elephants of Asia habitat includes features that are dedicated to the health and welfare of the elephants, such as bathing pools, sandy hills, varied topography, enrichment opportunities, and a state of the art barn that is capable of caring for elephants of all ages. Elephants of Asia focuses on the rich connection between elephants and the cultures of Thailand, India, China, and Cambodia. The exhibit familiarizes guests with the challenges Asian elephants face in the wild, including their shrinking natural habitat, and gives visitors the opportunity to directly contribute to conservation programs that support elephants in their native countries. The LAIR (currently closed during Phase 1 of the Zoo's reopening) encompasses several visually stunning areas that include habitats for various unique and endangered species. Over 60 species of amphibians, invertebrates, and reptiles are represented in this assortment of living jewels. Each habitat is beautifully themed with hand-painted murals of damp and misty forests, rainforest canopies, red rock formations, mountain ranges and vistas, and dry arid deserts to exemplify the natural environments of the many diverse species.

Overview Despite being only two stories tall and dwarfed by its surroundings, this dazzling black-and-gold terra cotta building with zigzag modern ornamentation commands attention despite its small size. Morgan, Walls, and Clements, one of the oldest continuously operating architectural firms on the West Coast and a driving force in the development of various forms of revival and moderne architecture in Los Angeles, designed the building. A notable feature of the structure is that it is one of the city's last remaining black-and-gold Art Deco structures, and that it is a scaled-down version of the firm's downtown Richfield building (built in 1928; demolished in 1968). It was originally constructed as a neighborhood branch bank, and it served in this capacity until 1970. The building was originally used as a restaurant/nightclub, and it was later converted into a Christian center. After years of disrepair, the building was beautifully restored and converted into short- and long-term creative office space for rent. It is also available for private parties and special events.

The door's carved elements add elegance while remaining simple, and they make a lovely backdrop for wedding photos. The general Spanish design of the house is basic yet sophisticated, with rich, dark wood framing the doorways and covering the floor and ceiling. The venue can hold up to 50 guests.

The Heritage Museum of Orange County is determined to maintain its beautiful, local history. The venue also offers outdoor, sit-down events for up to 650 guests. Aside from the outdoor option at the Heritage Museum of Orange County, the venue will also provide smaller indoor spaces for smaller meetings and gathering. Because of the initial historical motivation, events like weddings are designed to emulate a 19th century country estate at the Heritage Museum of Orange County. The entire estate offers eleven and a half acres to its guests that will produce privacy and variety. The Heritage Museum of Orange County is also extremely experienced in other events such as fundraising events, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, and even large Quinceaneras.
