On 33 acres in beautiful Buckhead, we offer the widest variety of event options at one location. Let beauty and serenity set the scene at the glorious historic Swan House Gardens. An outdoor gathering at this iconic 1928 mansion rises to unforgettable heights on a private lawn with majestic cascading fountains and the elegant intimate Boxwood Garden. After your ceremony, stroll across the bridge for cocktails outside on the Museum Terraces. If you prefer an inside option, the Atlanta History Museum has award-winning exhibitions, and we allow beverages in the exhibits for a very fun cocktail hour! Enjoy simple elegance with your dinner reception in the Grand Overlook ballroom. This unique ballroom featuring Brazilian cherry wood floors, barrel vaulted ceiling, and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the magnificently illuminated Quarry Garden. The combination of these venues is as versatile as they are breathtaking. As a facility rental, we provide tables and folding chairs inside, as well as complementary parking. All outdoor furniture will need to be rented. Catering would be provided through one of our amazing catering companies we partner with and can average $120 to $200 per guest. Beverage service and bartenders are additional and are provided by the History Center. It is about $65 per person for a 4-hour premium full bar. We have a full property minimum on Saturdays of a peak month: April, May, June, September, and October. The facility rental fee for the Swan Gardens, Atlanta History Museum, and Grand Overlook ballroom on a Saturday is $12,500 and we have an additional $5,500 beverage minimum. Fridays and Sundays are $10,000 with a $2,500 beverage minimum. Most of our weddings can expect to spend between $500 to $1,000 per guest after all vendors and costs are added up and divided out per guest. Set against a backdrop of panoramic city skyline views, our venue combines timeless charm with a rich history. Originally constructed in 1905 as horse stables, the structure was later converted into the clubhouse for the golf course that once occupied the park. To honor its heritage, we’ve preserved the Stone Mountain granite walls, ivy-covered windows, and traditional wooden plank walls. Whether you're planning a classic, formal plated lunch or a more casual, mix-and-mingle event with interactive food stations, we offer the perfect menu to suit your occasion. The Piedmont Room, which was constructed in 1928, was originally used as the clubhouse for the golf course that was located inside Piedmont Park. It now serves as a venue for some of Atlanta's most famous events. The foyer's original Stone Mountain granite walls and ivy-covered windows have been preserved, but the main room has a contemporary vibe thanks to towering windows, dark bamboo hardwoods, and ceilings that are 15 feet or higher. The venue rental includes ivory table linens, gold Chiavari chairs with ivory cushions, votive candles, up-lighting, and complimentary self-parking for guests. Additional fees may apply. The Piedmont Room is ideal for gatherings of 50 to over 200 guests.

Built in the 1920s in Atlanta’s historic Old Fourth Ward neighborhood, Wylie Hotel is a mainstay in Ponce de Leon Avenue’s history, standing over the years to see Atlanta become Atlanta. The sun sank, and the low Inman Park buildings glowed in the yellow light. It seemed everyone was out. A crowd inside the ship laughed loudly, and we noticed the putt-putt lighthouse. After the meal, we descended below deck past a wall screening “Jaws” to what appeared to be someone’s basement circa 1977. We were served by stewards in orange. The warm wood paneling. The tiki candles. The photos of Farrah and Leif. A DJ spun records. There was a rotary telephone on a coffee table, and I picked it up and dialed the phone number I had when I was kid. Someone answered, and for a moment I thought I was talking to my past.

A wedding ceremony, reception, bar/bat mitzvah, or rehearsal dinner at the Trolley Barn is the perfect setting for your next event. The magnificent brick patio, which is surrounded by lush vegetation, will leave your visitors speechless. The inside of The Trolley Barn boasts 30 foot ceilings and timbers that date back to 1889. The barn's wood floor is ideal for dancing, and it can be decorated in any way you like. In order to provide a change of pace The Trolley Barn, located only two miles east of Atlanta's central business center, is the ideal location for your corporate event or meeting. Large enough to separate into multiple regions for presentations, team-building exercises, break-out sessions, or anything else your firm is attempting to accomplish in this space. Located off the main hall is a vast bricked terrace, which serves as an architectural highlight of the structure. The patio is surrounded by plants and features an outside bar, which makes it a great setting for cocktail hour in the evening. The venue can provide chairs and tables for your event, as well as oversee the setup and cleanup of equipment. Friendly and attentive bartenders are happy to serve house, specialty, and premium beverages to visitors at an open, cash, or limited bar. A variety of cheeses, crostini, and carmelized onion dip are among the appetizers available at their Grazing Station. Classic beef, BBQ pulled pork, and crab cake sliders are available at the Slider Station, along with homemade potato chips on the side. Carne asada, queso, fried chicken, grilled shrimp, mango pineapple salsa, and harissa roasted cauliflower are all featured on the Street Tacos menu. Established in 1849, Yarborough Mill is a privately owned historical property in a very unique setting. Once a working gristmill and thriving settlement at the turn of the century it has been transformed into a beautiful outdoor wedding venue. Its special blend of architecture, from the gristmill at the water’s edge, to the stately Victorian home on the hillside, is perfectly situated in a beautiful pastoral setting on the water, creating a stunning background for your outdoor wedding. In 1998, the property was purchased and lovingly restored by the current owners to its original state. Their efforts to stay true to the original design is evident at every turn. Built in 1885, the Queen Anne style Victorian home creates a pituresque backdrop for pictures and a ceremony.
