The Neu Neu occupies a former elevator factory in Minneapolis's North Loop neighborhood, offering over 5,000 square feet of climate-controlled space anchored by exposed brick walls and an original timber beam ceiling. The industrial character of the building creates a strong aesthetic foundation that requires minimal additional décor for weddings, corporate events, photo and video productions, and private celebrations. The Main Studio and adjoining Green Room accommodate up to 150 seated guests or 200 for a cocktail-style reception, with a full complement of in-house furniture — round tables, wood farm tables, banquet tables, a movable bar, and lounge seating. A separate catering prep kitchen is available for approved caterers. On the second floor, the Natural Light Studio and the 3rd Street Studio serve as preparation suites and small gathering spaces, each hosting up to 20 seated or 30 for cocktail events. All spaces can be rented individually or combined for a full-venue buyout. Courtyard parking is on-site, and three covered parking ramps are within two blocks.

The Blaisdell is a Georgian mansion built in 1915 and situated in the Washburn-Fair Oaks Historic District of South Minneapolis. The venue has anchored the local bridal community since the 1930s; a ballroom addition followed in the 1950s, and comprehensive renovations completed in 2017 brought the property to its current form under new ownership. The interior pairs century-old character with a modern event canvas. Soaring 18-foot ceilings, skylights, a traditional front parlor, and a subterranean lounge with a custom bar define the building's distinct personality, while the grand ballroom offers an endlessly customizable layout for events of up to 225 seated guests. James Ballentine "Uptown" VFW Post #246 is a veteran non-profit organization housed in a recently renovated mid-century building in the Uptown neighborhood of Minneapolis. Proceeds from the venue's bars and restaurant support 501(c)(3) veteran organizations. The original ballroom has been converted into a music and private event space seating 145 guests or accommodating up to 440 standing. A professional performance stage with full PA system, a massive dance floor with professional lighting — including hazers, lasers, and a disco ball — and digital video projection screens make the space well suited for corporate events, fundraisers, private parties, luncheons, and live music performances of all genres. The Normandale Japanese Garden is a 2-acre strolling garden on the campus of Normandale Community College in Bloomington, Minnesota. Designed by Tokyo-based architect Takao Watanabe and built between 1972 and 1976 through a community effort led by the Bloomington Affiliated Garden Clubs, the garden features an entry gate and garden wall, a waterfall, two shelters, three islands, three lanterns, four bridges, and a hexagonal Bentendo structure. More than 300 Minnesota-hardy plants were selected to survive the region's winters, and the garden follows traditional Japanese design principles with restrained use of flowering plants and an emphasis on green tones and texture. Open from spring through fall, sunrise to sunset, the garden serves as a backdrop for wedding ceremonies and photography. Commercial photographers conducting paid sessions are required to obtain a photo permit. The garden operates as a public space throughout the season and does not accept private reservations.
