We built our space to be unique and original in many ways but also very minimalist and interchangeable. Our tasting room is 1,000 sf and the main feature here. Large windows open onto the sidewalk. Grey and concrete dominate the space, with 2 circular bar. One bar is a food corner with a simple kitchen set up good for food catering, pop ups or the DJ booth! Lights are all dimmable to create different moods. The main feature of the space is the large circular bar with 40 taps behind it and a big circular window that overlooks our production space. On tap we have a large selection of our cocktails (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), local beers, spirits and wine. There are 2 restrooms, one with handicap access. There is plenty of seating, bar seats, custom bench and circular tables, all can be moved or removed.

Within our five turn-of-the-century warehouses, The 1896, Studios & Stages houses over a dozen different shooting locations for Photo, Film, Commercials, and Events. Opened in 2008 by sculptor Jen Durbin, The 1896 has welcomed productions and events both small & large for nearly two decades. The site boasts many of its original features, most notably the century-old textured warehouse walls and brick-lined 110' long entrance & promenade, gorgeous skylit warehouses with a 37-foot high clerestory of windows, a 70-foot smokestack towering over Flushing Avenue, a freight elevator with original gear room, and a wrought-iron balcony and fire escape opening onto a brick-lined courtyard. The 1896 with its multiple maze of interconnected and towering warehouses and breakout rooms, both indoor and out, serve as a raw canvas for anything from a stunning Wedding to shape shifting Immersive & Interactive Events and Brand launches, raucous live Concerts blazing til dawn to mud-slinging Fashion Shows and Carnival-themed Birthday bashes. The capacity taps at 274 without permit but swells up to 1200 with a TPA. Positioned inside the North Brooklyn Industrial Business Zone in Bushwick, our parties feel on the edge of nowhere but turn the corner and you hit a dozen taco stands and the Jefferson L. Our vision for this multi-purpose 26,000 square foot filming and event location presented an opportunity to protect this historic block of buildings from the fate of over-development and to preserve it for the arts. Striking a balance between protecting the hard-earned beauty and retrofitting it with all the conveniences and comforts of a modern production studio and event space, The 1896 time worn patina and raw historic charm belie its intimate and personal touch.

Located at 277 Canal Street (at Broadway), NYC Displaying over 160 works by the world's most famous-yet-anonymous street artist, The Banksy Museum recreates the revolutionary and often ephemeral art that Banksy has painted on surfaces in London, Bristol, Paris, Venice, Bethlehem, New York, Los Angeles, and beyond. Visitors to the museum will immerse themselves in an environmental experience, giving viewers access to Banksy creations, much of which has long since been whitewashed or dismantled. This speakeasy is located near the Williamsburg bridge with its own separate entrance on South 5th St. The space was renovated for creatives and is now available for your use. Thus, the look of the space is rustic and industrial including art murals and brick walls, and high pipe exposed ceilings. The floor has its original concrete, with small drains throughout. The space lets in very little daylight even during peek hours of sunshine. This allows photo and video work to have total control over the lighting. The space also comes with a multicolored LED light system that allows you to control the vibe through the space. We have a 10 foot long L- bar and small kitchen with fridge for food storage. The space is equipped with a WIFI network, great phone reception for any carrier, a powerful sound system with high quality JBL speakers wired together throughout the space, and a dj booth. All renters can use our hanging ceiling movie screen and projector to stage their own film viewings. It is 1,500 sq. ft with a maximum capacity of 110 guests. The interior includes two spacious bar areas, comfortable seating throughout the venue, allowing guests to mingle comfortably. Velvet Brooklyn is an ideal venue for a stylish and fun celebration where guests can dance, enjoy handcrafted cocktails, soak in the vibrant ambience, and share an unforgettable moment with a loved one. The Bronxville Women's Club, Inc. occupies the Anna Lawrence Bisland House, a 1928 landmark in Bronxville, New York. Founded in 1925 and listed on both the Westchester County Inventory of Historic Places and the National Register of Historic Places, the clubhouse has served as a community gathering place for nearly a century. The club's Ballroom — described as the only midsize hall in lower Westchester — accommodates up to 165 guests and features a stage, making it well suited for weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, concerts, and private celebrations. It opens directly onto an outdoor patio and garden with vintage street lights and a working waterfall. Smaller gatherings find a home in the Patio Room (approximately 25 guests), the Tea Room with its piano and fireplace, and the Loggia — a tiled entrance hall with a water fountain and Romeo and Juliet balcony. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, the Bronxville Women's Club pairs its event hosting with arts, music, and educational programming, offering a distinctive historic setting for gatherings of most any size in lower Westchester.
