Blue Hill On the Road brings our cuisine, staff, style and expertise to your guests at venues throughout New York City, the Hudson Valley and farther afield. Country Blue Hill at Stone Barns, our restaurant located in Westchester County, offers private dining for up to 14 guests and the HayLoft, which seats 40-260 guests. Private events are also occasionally hosted in the restaurant main dining room, which seats up to 125 guests.
