Le Fanfare is a lovely and welcoming original Italian restaurant and event venue in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. It serves traditional Italian cuisine. Le Fanfare, tucked away at the end of Manhattan Avenue and nestled amid the traditional Polish bakeries and butchers, serves modest Italian cuisine accompanied by live jazz music. Greenpoint was chosen as the location for their next project because the energy there was similar to that of Nolita fifteen years ago, according to the owners, jazz musician Luca Fadda, his wife Giorgia, and their long-time friend Nicola Paganelli (whose family owns the Meloni winery in their native Sardinia, Italy). Chef Adam Ross oversees the kitchen, which serves only the highest-quality foods that are presented in a straightforward and friendly manner.
