Main Dining Room The Main Dining Room at Tribeca Grill is the restaurant's center point, and it has a sleek industrial warehouse feel to it. An ancient mahogany bar from the legendary "Maxwell's Plum," exposed brick walls, and artwork by the late Robert De Niro, Sr. adorn the space. Cocktail parties for up to 350 people or a formal dinner for 175 people can be held in the whole Dining Room. Arrangements can be made to reserve the full Tribeca Grill Duplex for groups of up to 500 people. This allows you to have dancing, food, and beverages all at the same time during your event. Loft The Loft is a bright, open room on the second story with beautiful hardwood flooring, 15-foot ceilings, and exposed brick walls. It also has its own entrance and private facilities. It is a dynamic space that can be dressed up for elegance or down for a fun, laid-back vibe. Although the room can hold up to 120 people for a formal dinner, the design is also suitable for smaller gatherings of 30 people or receptions of 175. The Loft can be used for gallery exhibitions, fashion events, corporate presentations, and even in conjunction with the adjacent screening room. Gallery Breakfast meetings, business luncheons and dinners, birthday celebrations, wine evenings, and a variety of other social occasions are all possible in this private, light, and intimate space. The space can hold up to 40 people for a formal function, but it is also suitable for 20-person board meetings. The Gallery provides a wonderful environment for all your entertainment needs, whether it is in the day or evening. Screening Room The Tribeca Screening Room is a state-of-the-art THX certified screening room located next to the Loft. The Bushwick Starr is an award-winning nonprofit theater in Bushwick, Brooklyn, that has served as a home for artists, community, and bold new work since 2007. What began as a neighborhood arts space has grown into one of Brooklyn's leading venues for ambitious and cutting-edge theater, with a reputation for work that is boldly experimental. In April 2021, the organization purchased its permanent home at 419 Eldert Street — a 5,000-square-foot Bushwick building — and completed a full renovation in August 2024. The facility is LEED-certified and fully accessible, housing both performance and education programming under one roof. The Starr takes a distinctly artist-centered approach: creators develop productions in the same space where performances take place, rather than building work elsewhere and importing it. The venue champions individual artists rather than specific projects, and serves a broad community through affordable programming for students, seniors, and neighbors of all backgrounds.

Since New York State's mandatory closings began on March 15th, we've been taking advantage of the opportunity to engage in some serious introspection about our collective safety and our future. Perspective can be gained through the distance created by the pandemic and our separation from the familiar—work, friends, family, and social lives. We have decided to re-locate and transform Bouley at Home and Bouley Test Kitchen into a new concept due to the inherent difficulties of in-person dining in the face of the ongoing dangers of Covid-19. As we prepare to relocate from 31 West 21st Street to a new venue in Lower Manhattan's TriBeCa neighborhood (location to be determined), we are taking advantage of this rare opportunity to envision and plan what the new Bouley will look like. Bouley has been many things to many people over the course of my 35+ years in the business world. In order to achieve unbreakable health, our mission continues to be to create the most nutrient-dense menus possible while immersing guests in a community of shared culinary knowledge. Our international and discerning clientele has always pushed us to try new things and be more creative in our approach. Our reputation as a forum for high food standards has always compelled us to take on social responsibility, which has deepened our commitment to a variety of ways to inform people about how they can celebrate their culinary passions while also maintaining good health and wellness. David Bouley was born and reared in the Connecticut town of Storrs. David's childhood spent on his grandparents' farm had a profound influence on him. Inspired by their French ancestors, he acquired a passion for preparing nutritious meals from scratch using well selected, freshly prepared components. David began working in restaurants at a young age, and has since lived on Cape Cod, in Sante Fe, and in France and Switzerland, among other places. His experience working with some of Europe's most recognized chefs, such as Roger Vergé, Paul Bocuse, Joel Robuchon, Gaston Lenôtre and Frédy Giradet, followed his studies at the Sorbonne University. After gaining valuable expertise, David went on to work in some of New York's most prestigious restaurants at the time, including Le Cirque, Le Périgord, and La Côte Basque, among others. He also worked as a sous chef in a San Francisco restaurant owned by Roger Vergé for a short period of time. David went on to become the chef of the Montrachet restaurant in TriBeCa when it first opened its doors in 1985. The New York Times published a three-star review of the restaurant shortly after it opened, attracting widespread notice.
