DiMillo's On The Water is a floating restaurant and event venue moored at 25 Long Wharf in Portland, Maine's Old Port district. The 206-foot, 701-ton vessel — opened in December 1982 as the only floating restaurant on the Upper East Coast — can accommodate more than 600 guests across multiple dining decks and lounges, each offering panoramic views of Portland Harbor. The venue hosts banquets, weddings, rehearsal dinners, and group luncheons. Topside rooms on the upper decks overlook the harbor and marina, and the top deck is fully tented and equipped for live entertainment. Complimentary parking is available for banquet guests. DiMillo's traces its roots to 1954, when Tony DiMillo opened his first seafood restaurant on Fore Street with a commitment to freshly caught, local seafood from Casco Bay. Today the venue remains family-operated, continuing that tradition on the water at Long Wharf.

The Founders Hall, built in 2021, was designed by Paul Lewandowski, Principal Architect at Paul Designs Project. This warm and inviting space features exposed cross-laminated timber, a sprung hardwood floor, a raised stage and two double-door load in options. The hall is attached to 317 Main's original building, a historic Italianate-style historic home, located on Main Street in Yarmouth, Maine. This lovely space is perfect for small Weddings, Class Reunions, Bar/Bat Mitzvah, Graduation Parties, Anniversaries, Film Screenings, Corporate Events, Retirement Parties, Fairs or Expos. Hall rentals come with use of a gallery space on the same level and a small private outdoor garden space.

We have more than 50 acres of pasture that is lovely, peaceful, and natural. This land has been cultivated, cared for, and cherished by two generations of my family members. It's quiet, tranquil, and far away from the hectic, chaotic lives that we all lead today. Our daughter came to us in the winter of 2011 and said, "I want my wedding here, at home, in the cow field." This was the beginning of a long journey. We thought she was insane at first, but then we realized that it was the ideal location for her, our nature-loving daughter, and for all of the couples who want to celebrate one of the most significant days of their lives in the midst of all that nature has to offer on their special day. So, on one of the rainiest days of June 2012, she and her love were united in marriage in what turned out to be the most beautiful and memorable wedding any of us had ever witnessed. With character, charm, and beauty...and cows...we provide a one-of-a-kind rustic country setting. It's a field brimming with love from the couples who have made the commitment of a lifetime to one other here in the midst of nature, and from the guy, the farmer, who has tended to and loved the land for the better part of his life. This is where love lives, according to the family and children who live and play here, as well as the animals who roam freely and calmly throughout the day.
